Well, I've given up on Spanish in my high-school (Gave up in January, actually), mainly because the teachers are either terrible at teaching, or just complete :censor:.

I plan on finishing my spanish up in college, but that's almost two years away, and I'll probably lose a LOT of my spanish in that time. Hell, I've already lost a lot of it.

I was wondering if people could help by speaking with me, critiquing my grammar/spelling/etc..., giving me things to translate, and so on. I like the language, but I simply cannot take it at my school.

So... Any help would be appreciated! :D (And preferrably longer-term, as one week won't help me that much in the long run).

Milo

How many verb tenses have you studied so far? Do you know at least the preterite yet? In other words, how far along are you with the language?

I was at level four, where we were supposed to be speaking fluently in spanish, know our past verb conjugation, and were learning the subjunctive, or whatever it's called...

I dunno, it was January when I had my last class... :(

Well, there are several Spanish devotees here, so it will be interesting to see your grasp of the language--especially how you use prepositions.

We could always start a general Spanish thread again. We've had various incarnations of it over the years, and there would be no harm in starting it again. In fact, I'll do that now.
