I've know people to have 100% completion in GT$, you win a Formula Gran Turismo exactly like the one when winning the Le Mans 24 Hours I, but it is the special black car that you get. Getting 100% is possible, it's just that you need some skill to win the harder races. Oh yeah, you get bragging rights when you get 100%. :^:

I guess you're talking GT4, but which GT is it?

If it's GT1, he gets... nothing?
If it's GT2, he gets... nothing. The completion pretty much levels out at 98.2%.
If it's GT3, he gets the F094/S.
If it's GT4, he gets the all-black Formula car.

You get the Formula GT for winning the Nurburgring 24 hours, not Le Mans.

Anyway, I've completed 100% every GT game except for GT3, and in GT1 you get absolutely nothing (there isn't even a completion percentage indicator), and the same applies for GT2, all you get is bragging rights and people asking you to pass them their saves (you can't imagine how much money you can get out of this :))

And yeah, the FGT you win for completing GT4 100% is nothing special, it's just black but it handles exactly like the one you win in the Nurb 24h

Oh yeah it is the Nurb 24 hours. I only have 77.8% completion, because I'm getting aquainted with the wheel in all cars and surfaces.

Speaking of the Formula Gran Turismo. I did the 24 hour "Ring" yesterday, and it was not fun. Most boring thing ever, even when I was doing other things. Can't believe I have 2 more to go through. But with the F1 car, does it never loose power due to bad oil? I ask because it won't let you take it into GT Auto to change the oil. I just want to make sure, but if you do loose power and theres nothing you can do about it, then thats pretty retarded and doesn't make much sense.
Also, is their only one color you can get the F1 car in? I've seen AI players have blue,orange, silver, black, etc. But of the few people I've seen with the F1 car have all been white with purple trim, and yesterday, that was the color I got. Which sucks, because I liked the orange color.

24hrs races are all extremely boring, especially the Sarthe II one: do it with the FGT or you'll lose because of a stupid glitch since your B-Spec driver for some strange reasons wants to go through the side wall while driving on the Hunaudieres straight....don't ask me why but it happened to a friend also.

About the oil stuff, if I remember correctly after a while you'll see the red oil symbol glowing, but the car won't lose power, and you can get it in all the colours, not just white\purple: for example, I got it white\blue, a friend of mine got it all purple, another friend got it red, so I guess yours is bad luck :(
