Yeah I'm installing it right now, but might not be able to play it till this weekend.
I'm downloading it now even if I doubt it will work on my pc.
EDIT: I don't think I can play it either, I started it up and lagged too much. I looked at the minimum requirements and it said you had to have 3-4 Ghz processor.

the speed of the processor just depends on what kind it is.
if you have a pentium 4 or pentium D you will need around a 3.2
a core 2 duo you will need probably around a 2.
and the core 2 duo will work better then the above 2.
the other specs are pretty easy to determine though.
and i love the game by the way...i cant wait for this to be here. its the first game i have currently i cant play all the way maxed out though, and thats mostly because of my processor is my bottleneck in my system as my video card is the best directx9 card out...havent got a directx10 yet but it isnt required as of yet.

AMD Turion 64 MK-36
I noticed UT04 slowed down at times too.

ah im not sure what the amd req are.
i could look it up but i think if ut2004 slowed down at times then it probably isnt the best system for the game *not surprising from how nice it looks with everything all the way up*
how many bots did you have running? and did you close down all the applications you could to help with memory?
maybe lower the number of bots and it might give you a better idea of what your pc can handle.

A Turion MK-36 clocks at 2 GHz, which is the bare minimum to play UT3.
