Changes in bold. Are you using this team for Wi-Fi?

xddarkness13
October 8th, 2007, 08:46 PM
yea i do use them for wi-fi

Pencil Thief
October 8th, 2007, 08:47 PM
You're gonna have a lot of success with that team. The only thing that I would change is to put a wall in there.

xddarkness13
October 8th, 2007, 08:48 PM
What do u mean

Pencil Thief
October 8th, 2007, 08:51 PM
A wall is a pokemon that can take a lot of hits without being bothered much. An example of a Special wall is Blissey, because it has almost unfairly high HP and Sp. Def. An example of a Physical wall is a Skarmory, because it has a very high defense stat.

xddarkness13
October 8th, 2007, 08:52 PM
ok what order should i put them in

Pencil Thief
October 8th, 2007, 08:54 PM
I think you should lead off with Salamence.

xddarkness13
October 8th, 2007, 08:55 PM
Do u think snorlax is a good wall

Pencil Thief
October 8th, 2007, 08:58 PM
I think its pretty good. If you put some defensive EV's in it, and give it Curse, I think it could get a lot better.

xddarkness13
October 8th, 2007, 08:59 PM
if its a lv 100 how do i ev train

Pencil Thief
October 8th, 2007, 09:01 PM
You can't. :(

xddarkness13
October 8th, 2007, 09:02 PM
if i put curse on snorlax wut move should i take out

Pencil Thief
October 8th, 2007, 09:04 PM
Good question. However, Curse is an Egg move, which means you would have to breed to get it, and I don't know if you are willing to do that.

ok anyway thanks for all your help im going to add your fc to my game ill give u mines later

Actually at Level 100 you can just use the EV reducing berries, EV train it then deposit and then withdraw it from the PC.

Pencil Thief
October 9th, 2007, 04:01 PM
I heard that that method hasn't worked since R/B/Y. And I thought that to get EV's you have to get experience from the battle, which is impossible to do when you're level 100.

xddarkness13
October 9th, 2007, 04:32 PM
yea i thought so to if there at lv 100

Scandalous
October 9th, 2007, 09:25 PM
That trick doesn't work anymore, as you need to actually gain Exp. Points to gain EV's, so therefore, it's impossible to do, as a Level 100 Pokemon cannot gain Exp.

Cytosine

I was sure that worked instead of getting Experience...I guess you can't then.

depending on your use for heracross, you could replace choice scarf for flame/toxic orb, coz it boosts attack, then replace aerial ace for facade:

damage = ((((42) * 383) * 140) / 250) / 50) * 1 * 1 * 1.5 * 98 / 100
= 265 damage! - quite a lot, you may agree, slightly more than what aerial ace would do, which is 75.

140 would become 70 if heracross had no status condition, 1.5 would become 1 if heracross had no status conditon

98 is actually a random number between 85 and 100, i chose 98 as it is an approximate average of the numbers

Don't use the Toxic/Flame orb. The Toxic orb makes the holder poisened and the Flame orb makes te holder Burned.[you could use them on a poisn and Fire type.]

Pencil Thief

Facade's power rises when you have a status condition, and Guts raises Heracross's attack when it has a status condition, which is why Toxic Orb helps.

change snorlax with a water/grass pokemon :)

I can't tell
October 14th, 2007, 10:09 AM
They can go higher than 100....with certain pokemon like, Jirachi and some other legend. Dude i beat everygame and caught everyone. and i use cheats to see what lvl they go to. like Jirachi, he can only go to lvl like 101. and the other dude can go to lvl 106 i think. somwhere in there.

Pencil Thief
October 14th, 2007, 02:08 PM
That is not true. Pokemon only go up to level 100. Also, I would still keep Snorlax.

Heracross @ Choice Scarf/Band or Toxic Orb

-Megahorn
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
-Aerial Ace -> Pursuit/Facade/Aerial Ace

Nice.

Salamence @ Choice Specs

-Fly -> Hydro Pump/HP [Flying]
-Flamethrower
-Draco Meteor
-Dragon Pulse

Standard SpecsMence :^:

Metagross @ Life Orb/Leftovers

-Explosion
-Agility
-Earthquake
-Meteor Mash

Good AgiliGross.

Rhyperior @ Leftovers/Choice Band

-Substitute/Avalanche
-Megahorn
-Stone Edge

Pretty good.

Snorlax @ Leftovers

Either way, the Snorlax is pretty solid.
