Sports Fan Registry

The purpose of this is for everyone to know which teams you root for, have preferences toward, and so forth. While regulars of the forum probably already know which teams other regulars are fans of, if a new member were to come here and quickly find that other people are fans of his or her team, it may encourage them to post and talk about their team here as well.

Basic rules for the thread are as follows:
1) Post all of your favorite teams. You're not limited to one team per sport/league. I, for example, am a fan of both the Lions and the Chiefs. I don't have to choose between one or the other. If you wish, you can designate one team as your top favority by putting an asterisk or other marking next to it. It will be noted in the list as your username being bolded.
2) The registry isn't limited to the few popular leagues here in North America. Have a favorite golfer? Feel free to post him/her. Really like a EPL team even though there's another forum for that? Go ahead, say so, I don't care. Want to admit to liking a WNBA team? Go for it.
3) College teams are also welcomed in the thread. When posting your favorite collegiate teams, don't forget to post which sports you root for them in (in fact, I won't list you unless you specify the sports - if you root for them all [yeah right] just say 'all'). I'm sure many Duke basketball fans also root for their football team, for instance. :^:
4) If you got a name change, tell me which teams you root for so I can make the changes with greater ease. Please, please do this.
