This round is so easy. But, it gives me a platform for a little rant.
Look, I really like RATM, but all of you that are fans of them and mortal enemies of Audioslave, I don't get you. They're both great bands, so why do you guys have a problem with Cornell so much?
Voting off Last Child. Because...it's horrible.

I'm not one of these people but I can easily say RATM is x50 times better than Audioslave would ever be, for some core reasons:
A) RATM is way more revolutionary. Looking back on it there are people who will say "Oh someone would've thought of that" or something like that. When I say revolutionary I'm talking about the guitarist Tom Morello. What went through his head that made him re-create a DJ scratching technique on a guitar?! And how he actually put it into action and made it sound like something that wasn't crappy and half assed is even better. Same with many of his solos throughout RATM life. Bulls On Parade, Guerilla Radio, Sleep Now in the Fire, Killing in the Name, and the main riff for How I Can Just Kill a Man, and People of the Sun. They all have cool techniques (Maybe not Killing in the Name so much, but it's still awesome and hard to re-create as GH made blantantly clear).
B) It's more rock. The audioslave guitar work seems more like "This is background music for the singer" rather than "You can rock out to this riff." To be honest RATM got worse and worse after each album, but there's always a song with a great riff that makes you want to rock out. To name a few: Killing in the Name, Sleep Now in the Fire, New Millennium Homes, Roll Right, Tire Me, Know Your Enemy, etc. There are good songs for Audioslave that are like those of RATM but not as many.
C) RATM is political, Audioslave is not. This, although not offically release, was the reason why Audioslave broke up. Chris never said "They wanted to be political, and I didn't want to be" or anything like that but that's how it was. Tom Morello is active in many protests, the bassist Tim Commerfield, not so much, but he still has poltical views and wants bands to have them too. And the drummer Brad Wilk is also poltical but not in such an agressive way (He's a buddist). Chris Cornell came from Soundgarden and Temple of the Dog the last word I think of when hearing those bands names is "Political." Overall Chris is rather un-informed of idols of the bands. He didn't even know Che Guevarra was dead, or even who he was or what he did. Everyone likes political views, the music is still the game so it doesn't effect people who just want to listen to music. And it inspiries fans to get more information and gain more knowledge of their setting and enviroment. There are Audioslave fans who hardly know anything about the government system. You won't find a single RATM fan like that.
Also not a major point but Chris Cornell is just a really annoying shift. Since he has completely different types of songs. Instead of being angry and in your face he's mellow and sings about love and stuff. He's also really bad at live shows, and butchers songs by other bands (See: Seven Nation Army, Killing in the Name). The main reason I don't like him is because of his terrible live voice. I know he injured his vocal cords or something during the Superunknown tour, but if something like that happens and you have that much money. Stop making music, or at least don't do live shows.
I hope that answers your question. Just a reminder, I own all three audioslave albums and I like them all. I just like RATM better.

Very nice picks. A child of the 90's, I see. Kinda like me, altough my list goes like this:
1.) Misfits
2.) Less Than Jake (great ska)
3.) The Clash
4.) Nirvana
5.) Green Day
And Woozie, I do agree with you that Cornell sounds awful live, but I don't really think a band has to be political and revolutionary to be good (But check number 3 on my list; one of the more political bands of the 70's).
And I really don't agree with you on the "It's more rock" point. On the first album, sorta. "Out of Exile", definitely...okay, so you're point is patially correct. But with "Revalations", I really don't get that vibe. It's energetic, and loud, but refined. Plus, it really shows off their funk playing more than I think their other albums should have.
If you disagree with me, I understand, it's just that whenever the topic leads to Audioslave, the RATM fans start getting all offensive and whatnot.

I didn't say that. There are plenty of bands which if they tried to be political would suck ass. But political bands always have that intelligence to them. So you sort of get the feeling that these are real people who follow the media etc. That might just be a personal prefrence though.

I believe I mentioned somewhere in that rant that it was true half the time. Revelations has been the best one yet. I thought Moth was somewhat dull, and Sound of a Gun sucked besides the solo, but other than that it was a great album.

"Sweet Child 'O Mine" is the only other song that did that as I can recall. "Bark at the Moon" and "Woman" got really close as well.
10 - "Last Child"
2 - "Killing in the Name"
"Last Child" is finally gone leaving RATM atop here.
Tier 6
"Crazy on You" - Heart
"Trippin' On a Hole in a Paper Heart" - Stone Temple Pilots
"Rock This Town" - Stray Cats
"Jessica" - The Allman Brothers Band
"Stop!" - Jane's Addiction
Let's see... voting off "Rock this Town" because I can barely pass it on Expert and it just plain sucks. The only more boring song to play in the game is "Shout at the Devil"... and even that may be stretching the truth.

Tier 6
"Crazy on You" - Heart
"Trippin' On a Hole in a Paper Heart" - Stone Temple Pilots
"Jessica" - The Allman Brothers Band

The best Instrumental is Green Onions by Booker T and The MG's. You can't tell me it wouldn't feel cool to have a slow motion walk up in a movie with that song playing in the background.

I wish I had a three-sided coin to toss because I like all three of them equally. Trippin' On a Hole in a Paper Heart is a great song and it's a lot of fun to play, but it's the easiest of the three to FC. Jessica is really fun and relaxing, but some of it is a bit slow in comparison to the other two. Stop isn't as good of a song as the other two, IMO, but it's possibly the most fun. It's challenging but very much doable (I had a run where I only missed seven notes...damn that tiny crazy solo!), and it keeps your fingers moving constantly.
I guess I'll have to go with Stop, though I don't think it's necessarily any worse than the other two.

Let me just say this though. The Allman Brothers Band is a great band. But this song is not justice to the band. The second greatest guitarist ever (according to rolling stones magazine, the first is Hendrix in case you're wondering) is Duane Allman. Yet they picked a song that was made AFTER Duane Allman died. Big fail on Red Octane's part. But jessica is still an alright song.

But for me it gets harder and harder everytime to push myself. I force myself to get 100% on intro A and B on the song and try my best on the rapid G notes.
Even when I get 100% on the intro's, and the solo's I keep getting 160k-170k and 180k when I jerk my hand as fast as i can on the rapid notes.
I don't know what I am doing wrong, (I can't remember exactly what I get cuz I keep paying attention to the stars and when I see 4 stars I just continute out of frustration) but I think I am getting 90%-94%. I need some tips, maybe where and when I am using star power?

Madhouse, boring song. And I think the vocals in Laid to Rest are humourus even if they aren't suppose to be.

Madhouse, because Laid to Rest is the best (I'm a poet and I know it), YYZ is good, and I don't want Laid to Rest to go out.

That's bullcrap that Psychobilly Freakout was voted off.
Voting off "Madhouse" because it's still annoying.

Well since I voted out "Madhouse" last time and it didn't go, I'm sticking with it this time around.

I'll say Madhouse, because I like Lamb of God... I'm guessing I'm the only one though...

No, you're not the only LoG liker. I personally think Laid to Rest should win this one, possibly the whole thing. But then again, when it comes to music, I'm incredibly biased.

Carry Me Home again.
I absolutely despise every song in this tier except for YYZ, just for the record.

Yeah, none of them strike me as particularly good. Except for YYZ.
I'll say Laid to Rest

Laid to Rest. Lamb of God is one of the ten worst bands ever. At least Slipknot has one good song.

Madhouse, for the same reasons as stated before.

6 - "Madhouse"
4 - "Laid to Rest"
1 - "Carry Me Home" (lol smash)
"Madhouse" is voted off.
Tier 7
"Carry Me Home" - The Living End
"Laid to Rest" - Lamb of God
"YYZ" - Rush
"Laid to Rest" again. "Carry Me Home" is my third favorite song in the game to play for sheer fun to difficulty ratio. "YYZ" is my god, messiah, allah in this game and life.

"Carry Me Home" isn't one that I'm familiar with... *goes and listens to it on YouTube*
Eh. It's catchier than "Laid to Rest". So I vote off "Laid to Rest."

Carry Me Home. YYZ is good, but not great (:P Eye) and Laid to Rest is incredible.

Carry Me Home. The other two are just too good in comparison.

Laid to Rest because Carry Me Home is one of the best songs in the game hands down. And honestly I'll be a bit sad if it doesn't win this round. Strange since the same thing goes for YYZ. Those are probably my two favorite songs that I really can't play very well.

Laid to rest isn't as fun to play as Carry Me home but it is a better song... Laid to rest gets my vote.

Lamb of God is not great...in fact, they're terrible.

Oh, when you try to 100% on the bass in real life, it really is incredible. My brother (who plays guitar) and I can replicate the entire part of the song before the long synthesized piece except for some of the various bass fills. It's incredibly hard but satisfying. :cool2:

Laid to Rest. It's fun, but the song itself is terrible. CMH and YYZ are far superior.

Carry Me Home, because YYZ and LTR are both really good.
