I'm getting an electric guitar pretty much built from the ground up. I definitely want to put in new humbuckers because the shop asked whether I would want the standard or customize it. The question I have is what should I get for playing pretty much every genre and sub-genre of rock? My band plays everything from Aerosmith and Skynard to Lamb of God and Slayer and everything in between. I have my brands so I need opinions on which of the three would be the best for me?

DiMarzio
Seymour Duncan
EMG's

I don't know which style of any of those I would want for my sound so if you have advice and know the style like Seymour Duncan Dimebuckers or something, please also include that. Any help is appreciated though.

I'd go with Seymour duncan. I have a Dimebucker in one of mine, and it is HOT. if you're looking for a really, really hot pickup, i'd go with that.

I have Dimarzio Evo's in my guitar and pretty much they're good fo anything I play jazz with them, blues, rock, metal. They're great if you wide a wide spectrum I'd go with them.

I'd go with the Seymour Duncans, as well. I've got Duncan humbuckers in my Schecter and they are great. Of course, I'd kill to get my hands on some 496-R or 500-L ceramic magnet ones that come in the Gibson Explorer . . .

Hmmm, well I'm pretty torn between a Seymour Duncan something or Seymour Duncan Dimebucker or the Dimarzio Evos. Anyone else with any help?

I personally like the Screamin' Demons put out by Seymour Duncan.

If you can't tell already, Seymour Duncans are pretty much THE pickups to have :P
