It's been a long time since I meditated, so my memory won't be very fresh, but here goes.
When I would meditate, after about ten minutes, I'd get this sort of buzz sensation in my head or my mind or somewhere. Kind of like static on a TV screen, but w/o sound and in a 3-D, spherical form where my mind is. It feels nice and allows me to get myself back into a proper mental state after deviating from a proper mental state. What the hell is it, though--this sensation?
At other times, I have felt a sensation like my very mind was bending.
The exact sensation was like this: if my mind was a thin sheet of metal, flexible, maybe about 1/5mm thick, curved into the shape of part of a sphere--like from 60 to 90 degrees of longitude, then the sensation is that my mind is bent. The curvature distorts on a part away from the center, so that that part is a straight line, and the metal folds on this line. The lesser portion of the metal folds up, where "up" is the side of space which the convex side of the metal faces. What is the nature of this other sensation?
