So I joined a fantasy baseball league today and my draft is tomorrow at 2:30 EST. Ive been reading rankings, busts/sleepers etc, but havent seen any mock drafts. Anyone know where I can find one? This is my first league, so I dont really have an idea of whos worth the #1 pick and stuff like that.
Also, if you guys have any advice for me please share. Thanks lots.

There are some mock drafts in some fantasy magazines if you want.
Try and get Pujols (obviously) and then Alfonso Soriano.
Also, I personally feel Adrain Beltre will have a strong year, as he picked it up immensely at the end of last year.
EDIT: Oh crap... you already had the draft...
Well, how'd it go?

No my draft is tomorrow at 2:30 EST, so I havent had it yet. I have heard Jose Reyes could go #1 overall.
So you say Pujols first. Is he as automatic as LT is in football?

He usually is, although with a post-opening day draft, Pujols' 1-17 start could deter the first few picks. But in preseason drafts, he's always automatic.

Well I pick 8th and the draft starts in about 2 hours. I'll post how it went in here.
8th in odd numbered rounds and 3rd in even rounds. How did I do for my first time?
Rd. 1- Grady Sizemore
Rd. 2- Carlos Beltran
Rd. 3- Manny Rmirez
Rd. 4- Justin Morneau
Rd. 5- Michael Young
Rd. 6- John Lackey
Rd. 7- Dontrelle Willis
Rd. 8- Scott Kazmir
Rd. 9- Jason Schmidt
Rd. 10- Brian Roberts
Rd. 11- Eric Chavez
Rd. 12- Cole Hamels
Rd. 13- Russel Martin
Rd.14- Cliff Lee
Rd.15- Prince Fielder
Rd.16- Ted Lilly
Rd.17- Adam A. LaRoche
Rd. 18- Bill Hall
Rd. 19- Rocco Baldelli
Rd. 20- Mark Buehrle
Rd. 21- Hank Blalock
Rd. 22- Mark Teahen
Also, I have two potential trades. Lackey for Takashi Saito, and the other one is Beltran for Vladimare Guerro. Im probably not gonna do either.

You must be thinking Sizemore's gonna have a great year to have him be your first pick, but the fact that you picked up Manny, Beltran, Morneau, and Michael Young consecutively afterwards was pretty nifty. However, as a result, your pitching is weak outside of Willis. Blalock at Rd 22 is a steal.
So, if your pitchers all end up having good years and your hitting doesn't get hurt, you should be alright.

Yeah, you got a lot of steals late in the draft. Kazmir will be pretty good as well, but I dunno about the rest.

I think you're pitching is solid. You should do the Lackey-Saito deal, because Lackey is hyped alot this season (and he's not gonna come through all the way) while you have no relief to speak of. (I mean really, you didn't get anyone remotely close to a closer's spot. Does the league even count saves?)

Yea I have constantly heard Sizemore's name mentioned when talking about the AL MVP canidates. I figure he will have a good year. I am pretty stoked about my out-field.

Basically if his "outlook" said "potential steal" or "sleeper" then I took him.

That would be me screwing up. You get 10 pts for both wins and saves, and yea, I basically f'ed up in not getting a closer. I will see if I got Torres (the closer form Pittsburgh) tuesday morning. If I didnt get him, then I will talk with the guy about the Lackey Saito deal.
Apparently I did get Torres, so hopefully he can produce this season. I dropped Mark Buehrle to get him. Also, i was dissappointed when I saw that Russel martin could have won the game for the Dodgers with a Grand Slam, but instead came up a few feet short of that awesome would be ending.
