Which is better?

I'm just learning to play, and I want an electric guitar to learn off of, besides this silvertone a friend loaned me, which has only 1-5 strings. So I found these 2, which are in my price range, are either of them good deals?

Heh, I'm not a huge fan of either one of the body shapes, but I think you'll get a better sound out of the Dean guitar. It's got better pickups than the ESP's lousy stock pickups (low-end ESPs = stay away).

And if I were you, I'd consider one of these (http://www.musiciansfriend.com/navigation/schecter-electric-guitars-basses-electric-guitars?N=100001%2b304275%2b201644&Ns=P_Price%7c0&g=guitar&page=1). And if you can help it, never buy a guitar you can't try out first.

Get the DimeBag guitar, but not in camoflauge. It looks hideous.
