I got this thing for people and faces. I could meet a person once in my life time and run into them years later and know exactly who they are. I may not always remember the name, but I always recognize the face.

I bring this up because last night the oddest case of it happened to me. I was at work and I automatically recognized this kid that came in. The strange this is, this was a kid I went to elementary school with 10 years and 1000 miles ago. I was never the kids friend, and I never really ever talked to him, and I don't recall him ever being in any of my classes. I never even thought about the kid after I moved. Yet somehow, the second I saw him I knew exactly who he was despite it being over 10 years later and his appearance had changed. I just can't get over how weird this is.

The only other time I've had something close to this happen is when I was in Chicago and ran into my cousins when I hadn't seen them in about 5 years. But they were my cousins and I kinda know them.

Anyone else have something like this happen.

Erm, I can remember anyone, as long as I've seen them once. There was a girl at shool when I was about 9 she moved away somewhere. Since about 2 weeks ago, she's been getting on the same bus as me to come back from college. She looks a little bit different. I still don't talk to her though.

Strike up a conversation and eventually get to talking about grade school so you don't look like a psycho stalker. :tease:
