FM 06/07 Questions

Got a question for each game this time:

FM 2006: Is there a way to know what to do when it comes to team talks and comments to the press? It's not as simple as "if they get an 8, be delighted".

FM 2007: The instruction book says that you can have the assistant manager handle the training. But I can't find the option to do that... where is it?

I don't know how to answer this, all I know is that when you click on "Manager" at the top and then "Options", you can give him responsability on friendly matches, team talks and contract renewals for the 1st team, reserves and youth. I was also looking for my assistant manager to handle training but I can't find that either. It's supposed to be in that screen aswell

New question, I think it applies to both games (the team talk question applies to both I guess):

Your own personal attributes, are there any tips to help those? It's never as simple as the general tips sound.
