I just have a quick question here. I play bass guitar and I am looking at getting a new one. I haven't been able to make it down to a guitar shop yet because the closest shop that is actually worth going to is a 2 hour drive away. I like the body styles that the semi-hollow bodies come in but I have never played one. I was wondering how much different the tone is from a solid body bass to a semi-hollow body bass and what the key differences were.
