Appearance: Stands six feet tall, wears a black cloak (hooded, sleeved, just like the Jedi robes except the bottom never touches the ground, the sleeves come to his fingertips, and the hood isn't so huge), black pants, and black shirt. Because of his clothes, and how he acts and talks (which he sometimes talks philosophical), he gives off a somewhat mysterious feel to others. His wings and muscle strength are the only things on him that are dragon, though, the main body is mostly human.

Spells: Elemental blast (Lv.17, sends out a blast of an element. ex: a blast of fire, torrent of water, gust of wind, etc.) The blast normally comes from Ayen's palm, but it can be cast from Arenine's blade to enhance effects (ex: catch a target on fire, freeze a target, etc.)

Lightspeed (Lv. 14, enables Ayen to run or fly ten times faster than he would normally, the speed he moves at when using this depends upon what condition he is in (which also determines how fast he goes if he weren't using the spell). The length of time that he could fly or run is reduced by one-third when using this spell)

Nightshadow (Lv. 17, enables Ayen to become invisible, effectively engaging him in a "stealth" mode, that allows him to sneak by some opposition. it does not, however, dampen the sound of his movements, so some creatures with enhanced hearing might detect him)

Psychosis (Lv. 10, Ayen is able to psychically control mystical forces around him, enabling him to manipulate objects' location. he can send them in any direction from where they were. similar to what The Force from Star Wars does, but Ayen can only manipulate his targets' location, not mind, confidence, or anything else)

Frigid Sorrow (Lv.9, Ayen strikes the opponent with a shockwave of pure ice. Arcane Art.)

Frozen Talon (Lv.6, Ayen calls upon the spirit inside them gained after killing Frozen Talon)

Fighting Techs: Ariel Bomb (Lv. 10, flies up into the air, as high as the area will allow him, and rockets toward his target, slashing any flying targets in his path, doing twice the damage a normal slash would, and hits the ground with enough force to create a small shockwave (lower levels)/earthquake (higher levels). Ayen mostly goes for a shockwave ground hit but will slash any enemy that the shockwave wouldn't hit with Arenine.

Psycho Blast (Lv. 10, briefly gathers his mind strength (or whatever you want to call it), and uses Psychosis in a powerful blast that sends all opponents everywhere flying away from him. This tech can stun, or possibly kill it's victims, if there is an obstacle behind them that they hit. In order to avoid hitting allies, Ayen has to take an extra second or two and has to have a calm, non-stressful mind (something he's trained to have) and specifically target all enemies that he would have to hit an ally to hit otherwise.)

Background: Ayen was born on a small village on the edge of Ultherphane. At the age of ten, a group of mercenaries and bandits from Alrozane came and razed the town, burning the homes and taking everyone prisoner. Ayen and the rest of the village were taken back to Alrozane with the bandits (the mercenaries went looking for something to do in Ultherphane), where he lived in servitude for ten years, during which many people in the village were sold to other peoples, or died under the harsh conditions. Both of Ayen's parents, though, were quite determined not to give up, and so when Ayen turned twenty, there was an attack upon the bandits' camp, and Ayen and his parents, and the villagers who were still alive and living there were freed. The villagers, Ayen, and his parents went back to Ultherphane with the warriors and lived in a somewhat larger village that was further inland. Ayen, having a strong sense of justice, wished to stop all the horror in the world that was like what he had seen with the bandits, so he trained in the local warrior's school for two years, and learned all the skills he would need to survive. Having lived with the bandits for ten years, Ayen also knew skills that would come to good use should he get in trouble. He learned how to be sneaky, how to survive in the wild without much supplies, how to detect manipulation and trickery, etc. Also, because of his experience with the bandits, and his time at the warrior's school, Ayen learned how to sense the environment around him, how to blend with it, how to control it to an extent, so he is able to predict his enemies' movements. Ayen isn't very experienced yet with all of these abilities, though, so he is just getting ready to leave his home village, where the warriors who saved him and his family came from.

Ayen walks back and askes the question.

"Now that the forests are clear, we have a steady supply of wood. We will have some stuff tomarrow."

OOC: Remember the gem mine nearby? You can go steal some jewels if you have the guts to!

OOC: you mean the one that the demons were at?

sweet.:D Ayen walks back to the inn (again) and asks to stay the night. The next day, he goes back to the armor shop and asks if they have anything new.

OOC: FINALLY!!!!!!!! I CAN GET BACK ON HERE!!!!! That winter storm we had knocked out the electric and internet for nearly a week!

[Aura]

"Yes, you may stay the night for free. You've really helped us."

As Ayen rests, he is awoken by the creak of his door openning. He opens one eye to see all of his animals still sleeping.

OOC: Winter storm. Ouch!

[Ayen]

Ayen looks to see the cause of his door opening while remaining still in order to make his disturber think he's still asleep.

[Aura]

A mysterious person, dressed in dark robes, weilding a dagger glowing with holy energy, slowly walked towards Ayen.

[Ayen]

Ayen grasps arenine's handle, engages nightshadow, bolts toward the door to block it, then uses psychosis to shove the intruder against the wall opposite the door.

"Who are you and what do you want!?" Ayen says harshly.

[Aura]

"Those imps were my servants! Prepare to die!"

The man runs at Ayen.

[Ayen]

Ayen draws arenine while using elemental blast to pick the guy up in a gust of wind. "I was told by the weapons shop owner that those imps were using fire magic to set trees ablaze, and that it was stopping the shop owners here from getting good products! If those imps were your servants, why did you not stop them?! Or was it your intention for them to be doing that?!" he replies to the man harshly.

[Aura]

"The fire was used to create servants of darkness, you worthless half-dragon!"

[Ayen]

"Please do not start using insults! I know that you are angry with me, but please try to talk to me here, because there appears to be a misunderstanding. I would not have bothered with the imps, heck, I probably wouldn't have even known about them, had they not been causing the weapon and shop owners to have little to no business. That is the only reason I went after them! I don't know why you were wanting servants of darkness, but it would have been better had you looked into the matter and made sure that no one would be needing the wood the imps were using! On a slightly different matter, what were you wanting to do with servants of darkness anyway?!"

[Aura]

"I was going to rule Illuyad! Suffer!"

The man leaps onto Ayen and stabs his dagger into Ayen's left wing.

[Ayen]

(before the dagger plunge) Ayen yells back, "then you are someone I would stop anyway!" Ayen dodges the stab and slashes the guy in the arm with arenine, blade on fire, badly burning the guy where it cut him. Meanwhile, having been woke by all the yelling, Sunshine and draco charge him, sunshine pecking at the guy's face and draco slashing at his back.

[Aura]

"Guards, strike!"

Two more assassins entered the room, each attacking one of Ayen's pets.

"Now it's even, you half-breed!"

[Ayen]

"So it is!" Ayen replies. He pulls out his icicle dagger from within his cloak and swings arenine at the man, who blocks with his holy dagger, and Ayen stabs him in the arm with the dagger. Meanwhile, Sunshine uses Soul Aura (the spell that strikes the opponent with a beam of energy) against her attacker then pecks him with her beak, and Draco uses earthern spire against his attacker.

[Aura]

The two men die.

"Your pets are too damn strong!"

The assassin slashes at Sunshine, cutting into the neck.

[Ayen]

Ayen watches in horror as his strongest pet's neck is cut into. He then roars with rage and swings arenine in a mighty half circle, completely severing the spinal cord of the assassin at his neck. As the felled enemy falls to the ground, Ayen rushes over to Sunshine and checks her over, fearing for her life.

[Aura]

Sunshine is alive, but barely. Ayen hears as Sunshine pants hard.

[Ayen]

"Hold on girl. You're going to be alright. I'm not going to let you die." Ayen manages to reassure the phoenix despite the terror flooding through him. He picks her up carefully and rushes off to find the inn owner, Draco following close behind.

[Aura]

"My! What happened here?"

The owner takes Sunshine and quickly pours a medical gel into the wound.

"What happened?"

[Ayen]

"Do you remember the imps in the forest that were causing trouble for the shops? Well, it appears someone was employing them to create an army to dominate Illuyad. The man snuck into my room a few minutes ago with a couple friends and tried to kill me, but he ended up nearly getting my phoenix instead," Ayen replied quickly. Then he asked in desparation, "PLEASE, CAN YOU HELP HER???"

[Aura]

"Yes, I can. But can I have some fur?"

Give the man Phoenix Down?

[Ayen]

Phoenix Down? I didn't know I had any...or does it come off of Sunshine?

"Whatever you want. JUST DON'T LET HER DIE!!!" Ayen was in tears now out of worry.

[Aura]

"Ok, ok."

He gives her some medacine, and her wound magically heals.

[Ayen]

OOC: ok, when's the next time I should expect you on here?:P

Ayen stares on in shock and astonishment as the wound is healed. "All she needs now is rest," the inn owner said. He put away the medicine and stood back, smiling. "Well, what do you think?"

Ayen looks at him for a second, then looks back at Sunshine, now healed and resting peacefully. He strokes her head a couple times while trying to decide how to thank the inn owner. After about a minute or so, he gently puts her head back down on the table, looks at the owner with a grin, then grabs him with a bear hug. "Good Sir," he says, after releasing him, "you have my eternal gratitude! Sunshine and myself are forever in your debt! Thank you!!! If there is anything I can do to repay you, let me know!" He then picks up Sunshine carefully, and turns back to the owner, now standing in a bit of a shock at Ayen's response to his medicine. "If you'll excuse me, I need to get her back to bed." He then beckons Draco to follow, and leaves the owner alone, who was coming back to his senses from his shock.

[Aura]

OOC: ...

"Wait! It is not medicine! It is medacine! It is meda because it is all the range in anime nowadays!"

Ayen is curious. He doesn't know what anime is.

[Ayen]

OOC: well, the last time you posted before that first one tonight (it was at 9:51 where I live) was on Feb. 19th, which was over ten days ago. Hence my tease.

OOC 2: don't you mean all the rage, and not range? and how does that make it medacine?

Ayen is curious, but he is too concerned with getting Sunshine to bed to hear an explanation at the moment. "I'm sorry, but at the moment I need to get my pets back to bed. So unless that medacine you poured on my phoenix's neck is in any way harmful to her-and because I can't see why you would want to hurt her, I wouldn't think it is-wait there if you want to tell me about this 'anime', because I won't be long." He continues back to his room with Draco flying behind him.

[Aura]

OOC: I really need to stop forgetting.

Ayen walks back to his room and places Sunshine on the bed. He turns around to see a mage fully clad in white robes.

"My boss wishes to hire you. Will you be hired?"

[Ayen]

"What in the world? A mage, sent on behalf of a person wishing to hire me?" Ayen thinks to himself. He is slightly startled at the sudden appearance of the mage, but gives no indication of this as he replies, "That depends. First, who are you? Second, who is your boss? Third, what is the cause, and fourth, what is the pay?"

[Aura]

"I am merely a servant. My name is not important. My boss is Seran Felvar. The cause is to gather gemstones and study their effects on alchemy and magic. And the pay varies by mission. Will you assist?"

[Ayen]

"I might. However, I'd like to know more about what I would be doing, what all is involved with your boss's work. I would rather not get into something, find out I don't like what I'm doing or who I'm working for, and possibly have to fight to get out alive."

[Aura]

OOC: I forget too much...

"We only experiment. Nothing evil occurs."

[Ayen]

"Alright, you've got me interested. Where do I go, or what do I do?"

[Aura]

"You come with me"

The man holds out a hand.

[Ayen]

"Well, then we shall go."

"Then we shall be on our way."

The man began to draw a glyph with his hand. Suddenly, Ayen is inside a large fortress. There are white-robed people running everywhere.

[Ayen]

OOC: well, only two days late this time.

"Interesting...", Ayen looks around and observes his surroundings. "This place is quite enormous." He looks at his host. "What all is done here besides research? Or is that the only thing done here?"

[Aura]

"We analyze the effects of gemstones as magic filters. We also research magic in all of its forms."

[Ayen]

"I see." Ayen rests his chin on his hand for a second before asking, "you mentioned using gemstones as magic filters, what do you mean by that?" However, before the mage can answer, Ayen instantly gets a look of shock and concern on his face. "Wait a minute, where are my pets!?!?"

[Aura]

"They are at the inn. Do you require them? One moment, please."

Before waiting for a response, the mage teleported away. A few seconds later, he reappeared, holding a small red stone.

"This is a spirit seal. You can store spirits in it. Here you are."

The mage then looks at you. "You had so many pets that I felt that using a Spirit Seal would provide much more ease for you."

"Well, thank you." Ayen looks at the seal, then asks, "so by using this seal, I will be able to call upon any of my pets at a time? If so, is it their actual living selves I call upon?"

[Aura]

OOC: Welcome back. :P

"Indeed. Let me show you."

The mages takes the stone from Ayen, and holds it into the air. Ayen's petes, one by one, start to form around the mage.

[Ayen]

OOC: Oh shut up, you. :D

"Impressive. Very impressive." Ayen looks at the mage and says, "I thank you again for this. It will indeed be useful." He pockets the seal, and then inquires, "you mentioned earlier using gemstones as magic filters, what did you mean by that?"

OOC2: oh, btw, thanks val, now I have to update my profile with my pets' current levels:P

[Aura]

"It means we can use magic as it was meant to be, without the impurities."

[Ayen]

"I see. Interesting. Well, shall we continue? I'm interested in seeing just what I'll be doing exactly."

[Aura]

"You can either find gemstones, or you can test our magic staves. Which do you prefer?"

[Ayen]

"Well, that depends. What are the rewards and dangers of each task? Also, what does each task involve?"

[Aura]

"Gathering gems involves going to different islands and buying the gems assigned to you. You will be paid back for this, plus a bit extra. However, should you choose to test the staves, you will use them against our mages."

[Ayen]

"I see. Well, in that case, I will test the staves first, providing they will give me battle experience. What would be the pay for that, and would I be able to use any of my other weapons or abilities against them, or is it just the staves?"

OOC: btw, val, does me having all my pets in that spirit seal mean they aren't in the daycare center anymore?

[Aura]

OOC: You still use the day care? I didn't even know ANYBODY used it.

"The pay is 60 gold coins per test."

[Ayen]

OOC: uhh, I have been ever since I put my pets in there. all pets except draco and sunshine were in there last I knew...; also, on the stave tests, will ayen gain levels, or is he simply using the staves against mages?

"I see. Would I actually be fighting the mages, or simply using the staves on them?"

[Aura]

OOC: You will be awarded level ups.

"You will use staves to fight them. They will be tests, not deathmatches."

[Ayen]

"In that case, I am ready to begin."

[Aura]

OOC: I thought I updated this...

"Very well. Here you are."

The mage handed Ayen a staff made of pure sapphire.

"Find arena two. Use only magic spells."

[Ayen]

"Thank you." Ayen makes his way to arena 2, walks inside, and finds a small group of mages waiting for him. One of them addresses him. "Greetings. I take it that you are Ayen? Welcome to Arena 2. If you are ready, we shall begin." The mage takes up a defensive position. Ayen looks at him, then at the staff he's been given, points it at the mage, and uses a spell.

OOC: ok, val, let's let 'er rip. ;)

[Aura]

"First, what spells do you know?"

[Ayen]

"I know Elemental blast, which basically sends out a blast of earth, wind, fire or air out in one form or another. Also, there is lightspeed, which enables me to run or fly up to ten times faster than I can normally. Nightshadow enables me to be physically invisible, though I can still be heard, Psychosis makes me a telekenetic, Frigid Sorrow enables me to emit a shockwave of pure ice, and is my Arcane Art, with Frozen Talon I call upon the spirit inside of me that I gained after helping to kill the mountain-size ice bird, and I also know Spirit Seal."

[Aura]

"Elemental Blast sounds like all we need. Please, show us a few spells without the staff."

[Ayen]

"Very well."

Ayen holds his hand out and fires a fireball toward the mage who spoke to him, which he deflected. He next threw an iceball, then a bolt of lightening. Last, he swung his arm horizontally and a cloud of dirt flew toward the mages.

[Aura]

Several mages began to take notes down.

"Now, use those spells, but now while trying to use the staff to enhance them."

[Ayen]

"Ok."

Ayen holds the staff out, and concentrates. Suddenly, an enormous ball of fire bursts out of the top, scorching the ground in front of the mages. "Impressive!" Ayen remarks. He then sends a stream of ice out, freezing the ground that the fireball hit. He then sent out a blanket of earth which covered the ice, and then heated it all up with a stream of fire, which melted the ice and turned it into mud. He then sent out a blast of wind in the shape of a tunnel from the staff, which picked up the mud, carried it back to the staff, then aligned in the shape of a funnel. Then he set it all back down. "How was that?" he asked the mages.

[Aura]

"Very, very good. Here is your pay."

Acquired 60 gold coins!

[Ayen]

"Thank you. Is there any more testing that I am to do right now?"

[Aura]

"Not now. You can stay in the sleeping quarters until called upon."

[Ayen]

"Very well." Ayen heads to the sleeping quarters and awaits being summoned.

OOC: btw, is your sig about angel and yourself?

[Aura]

OOC: It is. Also, your profile is going to be very boring if you stay and do testing. Are you aware of that?

A mage walked in later that day. "We tweaked that staff, and request you to come again."

[Ayen]

OOC: heh, oh boy. :P also, no, I wasn't aware, but I can imagine that.

Ayen goes into the arena again, looks at the staff, turns to the mages and asks, "Should I do the same as before?"

[Aura]

OOC: You know, I don't know anything about you.

"Yes. Now, please cast spells at these wooden poles."

[Ayen]

OOC: JEEZ, It's been forever since I've been on here. Btw, were you being half teasing with that comment?

...hokay, lets see. Ayen casts a fireball at one pole, which is quickly set ablaze. He then aims frost at another, and soon the targeted pole is covered in a thin icicle. He then targets the third pole, and a bright bolt of lightening comes out of the staff, charring and setting fire to the wooden object. Last, Ayen creates a vortex of wind and water, and launches it at the final pole, which quickly gets drenched, then chips of it come off and become trapped in the whirlpool.

Ayen turns to the mages. "This staff is not bad. What exactly are you wanting it to be capable of?"

OOC: I definitely can see your point here on the testing being boring. At this point, what all could I do on here?

[Aura]

OOC: Hmm? You live? And I was serious. I do not even know your name or age. Only gender.

"We simply want to test for magic enhancers. Here you are."

Ayen acquired 40 gold coins.

[Ayen]

OOC: lol, yes, I live. :D Are you wanting to know more about me?

"Again, thank you." He thought for a minute, then said, "Is there anything else I could help with, other than assist in testing?"

[Aura]

"Not right now. You are always free to leave."

OOC: Okay.

[Ayen]

"I see. Well, thank you for allowing me to test that staff." Ayen bows respectfully, then requests a mage to return him to the inn from which he came. Once there, he explained his absence to the bewildered innkeeper, saying that he had gone with a mage to assist in a task, left the town, and took flight, heading north.

OOC: carry on, good sir! :P

[Aura]

Well, Ayen flies north. Not much happens.

[Ayen]

OOC: oh come on, you can do better than that! :P

Flying for a while over a forest, then plains, Ayen spots a curious scene below. Flying down, he notices a group of unusual creatures circling what looks to be a few people. As he gets closer, he sees that the people appear to be a man, woman, and child, and also what the beasts are. They are something that he heard about in the pirates' camp when he was a child. Cross between a wild boar, a leopard, and a dog, the creatures had four strong, quick legs, which ended in paws from which protruded razor-sharp claws, small tusks, razor-sharp teeth inside of a very strong jaw, orange skin covering a muscular body. These creatures were all muscle, reflexes, and speed. Ayen shuddered. He had seen what they could do when he had been taken to the pirates' camp. He had not been there to witness most of the damage (a fact that he was thankful for), but had seen the horrific scene that followed. Bodies lying everywhere, horribly mutilated, torn to pieces. It would have been impossible to tell what any part of body a particular piece of skin or organ had belonged to. A single one of the creatures had remained to continue feasting on the corpses. A group of pirates when to capture and kill it, intending on eating it (despite their threat level, they made good delicacies), when the thing had charged, tearing five of them to shreads in an instant. It had eventually been downed, but not without another five pirate victims. Now, seeing so many at once, he shuddered. He knew the fate that would befall the family if the creatures struck, but he would not be able to rescue them without risking severe harm to them as well as himself. Nightshadow would give him no advantage, the creatures sense of smell and hearing was far too great. He could try flying in using lightspeed, but he feared injuring the family on the impact. There was only one thing to do. Roaring as loud as he could, he charged the pack, firing off firebolts toward the closest ones, bellowed "GET DOWN!!!!" to the family, and sending out lightening to the farthest ones, trying to ensure that they focused on him. Then, after letting out one final roar, he bellowed to the family, "Hold on to each other, I'm going to swoop down and pick you up!!!!" The family huddled together, and Ayen, using psychosis constantly to keep any of the creatures off him as he dived, quickly picked up the family, then turned upward as sharply as he could and skyrocketed into the air, still using psychosis to block any attacking beasts. Once safe in the air, he asked the father where he lived.

OOC: ok, two things. 1) where's the thread about illuyad's irc channel? I've tried getting back on it on mirc, but either the server's messed up for some reason, or I need to change a setting on the program, and 2) you want to think of a name for this creature, or should I?

well, in the previous post, you just said that nothing much happened, so I created a situation. can't remember why I ended up wanting to create it so dangerous, but I don't know very many of the creatures of illuyad, so I just came up with one, gave it info, and resolved the scenario. why do you ask? ...I didn't godmod did I?

"We live west of here, on a little farm." The man thinks for a minute, then says, "you aren't thinking of taking us back there, are you!? Those things will just get us again!" Ayen ponders on this for a second, then says, "well, I believe I may be able to help you with them. They are terribly strong creatures, but they can be defeated (sounds like Sgt. Johnson from Halo 2). Where do you go in case of emergencies?"

OOC: the name change was mainly because that is the name I go by on another forum site I'm registered with, as well as the orpg that the forum site is for, among other web sites. I think this is the only general-type site that I'm not called Ayen on (general-type meaning a site for enjoyment purposes, a community type site).

After a bit of flying, Ayen spots a small group of creatures surrounding two other figures. He flies down a bit to investigate, and sees that it is a man and woman being threatened by creatures he has never seen before.

Ayen noticed that the two creatures seemed to be some sort of green scorpions with a sword tail.

"Need some help!?" The man and his wife both looked up at him, and replied, "yes, please! Help us!" Ayen flew down, placed himself in-between the couple and the scorpions, and held Arenine at the ready, prepared for the scorpions' attack. As he did so, he asked "What are those things? Are they poisonous?"

"They are scorpions, but their tails...are swords!"

Indeed, the tails were metal. They almost seemed like a person shoved them in there.

...I knew that much. What I was wondering was if it was dead or not, and if not, if you wanted to give up on it, seeing as how it was last active approx. 3 months ago.

"Allright, stay behind me!" Ayen raises arenine up, prepared for the scorpions to charge, while using his spirit seal (is that what it's called?) to bring shadow to his side.

Ayen charges arenine's blade with fire and slashes at one of the scorpions, while shadow uses soul aura against the other.

The two scorpions decide to slash wildly at Ayen and Shadow, allowing no mercy as claws and tails hack and slash.

mmkay, let's see what I can do with this here...

The first scorpion lunges at Ayen with it's sword tail, who parries it, but is caught off guard by the foe's pincer, which latches itself onto his foot. Wincing and grunting with pain, Ayen stabs his sword into the connection between the pincer and the scorpion's arm, severing the two. He then imbues arenine's blade with fire yet again, and slashes at the scorpion's eye. Meanwhile, shadow bites and claws at the other scorpion's eyes and pincers.

OOC: hey val, did you say a while back in one of the sticky threads that if two illuyaders consent to, they can combine profiles and rp together?

OOC: Woah, two blasts from the past. First you, then that idea. Yes, I did say that. Although, I REALLY need to get this place fixed before I do that.

Now blinded, the scorpion lashes out wildly with its remaining claw and tail. It misses, however, as it is blind. However, the shaking is rather violent.

OOC: lol, sorry, I tend to lose interest in forums and stuff. it's happened with both here and my clan forum for an mmorpg (koc, don't know if I ever talked about it), as well as any other forums I go to. I just tend to lose interest somewhat. on the other item, what do you need to fix about this forum?

Seizing a quick chance, Ayen blows the scorpion a couple feet away with a gust of wind, then quickly removes the pincer from his leg. Stepping toward the foe, he parries a tail strike, then rams arenine into the scorpion's head. Meanwhile, the other scorpion slashes at Shadow's nose, cutting it slightly, then Shadow uses earthern spire against it.

OOC 2: hey, does it seem to you like I've been godmodding some on here?

OOC: I need to fix a LOT of things. And your posting is borderline godmodding. Not enough to be godmodding, but enough to be. Confusing, I know.

Seeing an injured ally, the scorpion tries to attack Ayen, however, the spires block his advance. He is stuck, and vulnerable.

OOC: hmmm, well, if that's the case, I'm a little surprised you've never said anything before now...

Seeing the other scorpion's misfortune, Ayen takes advantage by stepping forward and driving his blade right between the creature's eyes. After that, he turns to the farmer and wife. "Are you to ok? What were you two doing that these two attacked you?"

"We were working on our farm when they rushed us. They've been much more violent lately. It's quite shocking."

[Ayen]

"I see. How far is your farm? If I escort you back there, will you be alright?"
