[Pontus]

Mr. Pokemon: Congradulations! That egg will hatch into a Kabuto soon.
You: What were the other two?
Mr. Pokemon: The right was an Omanyte and the left was an Aerodactyl. You see, I've been breeding these fossil pokemon for a while now and I thought it would be fun to give you one of them.

Now what do you want to do?

[Mr. Blue!]

Kurtis: Well, thank you so much Mr. Pokemon. I think I'm gonna get outta here. I need to go train some more. I'm gonna try and find that Grunt who broke into here. Seeya!

[Pontus]

You look walk around for a while but don't really see anything of interest. Just as you are about to give up, you notice two figures fighting a short distance away. It's hard to see but you can barely make out a girl and a man apparently in a heated Pokemon Battle.

Kurtis: That gal looks like she's using Aerodactyl! It might be Kari. Let's go see what's up.

[Pontus]

How did you know...?

You run up and find everything exactly as you thought. Kari's Aerodactyl seems to be winning over a Roselia. They both seem to be in good shape, however, it looks like the battle had just begun. Kari notices you and turns to face you.

Kari: Kurtis! Over here!

You: Hey Kari, what's going on here?

Aerodactyl swoops in with a Wing Attack, but Roselia latches on with an absorb attack.

Kari: This guy is working with those guys who polluted the lake. I saw him run out of Mr. Pokemon's house and he attacked me.

Grunt: You won't win this time, you two. I'm on strict orders to dispose of you as quickly as possible. GO VENOMAT!

A Venomat appears and stares you down.

Fight?

[Mr. Blue!]

Kurtis: GO Houndour! Keep Those two busy. *Turns to Kari* We need to take him out. We can use this as a distraction. I'll send Horsea and Umbreon around to nail this guy and take him out before he gets his pokemon hurt.

[Pontus]

Horsea and Umbreon appear and attempt to sneak around behing the grunt but he instantly spots them and has his pokemon attack them. Houndour gets a good Ember attack on Venomat and knocks it to the ground, but Roselia shoots a flurry of needles at Hounour's eyes. Roselia jumps infront of your pokemon and fends them back. It look's like you'll have to fight this guy fair and square.

[Mr. Blue!]

Kurtis: It looks like we're gonna have to do this the hard way. Houndour, burn Roselia.

Kari: Aero, use your Dragonbreath attack on Venonat!

[Pontus]

Aerodactyl drops down and a blast of green flames erupts from in between his teeth. Venomat gets hit square on and falls back. Houndour runs up and starts shooting out glowing hot embers but is struck by a green Signal Beam from the injured Venomat. Roselia shoots a flurry of poisonous needles that stick into Houndour's hind leg.

[Mr. Blue!]

Kurtis: Houndour, quick, get those needles out before the poison infects you! After that pay Roselia back with an Ember.

Kari: Good job Aero. Use Wing Attack on Venonat.

[Pontus]

Aerodactyl's wings begin to glow a brilliant white and he dips down to collide with Venomat. Houndour starts working on the needles, slowly pulling each one out. Roselia notices and shoots another wave of the poisonous needles, but Aerodactyl swoops down and bats them away with a rocky wing, turning and blasting Roselia with Dragonbreath.

You: Thanks for that one, Kari!

Kari: Anytime.

Houndour pulls out the last needle and attempts to walk but howls out in pain and starts limping, refusing to put any pressure on the same hind leg.

[Mr. Blue!]

Kurtis: Houndour, come back! We can't risk you getting too hurt. Murkrow, your turn. Show em how it's done. Mirrow Move Aero and use Dragonbreath on Roselia.

Kari: Aero, Dragonbreath on Venonat!

[Pontus]

Aerodactyl tries to use Dragonbreath but nothing comes out, leaving Murkrow with nothing to Mirror Move. Venonat bounces about happily and tackles Murkrow to the ground, blasting it with a Signal Beam. Roselia puts both roses forward and green bubbles start to transfer from Aerodactyl back to the Rose petals. Enraged, Aerodactyl charges down and slams into Roselia with a Wing Attack.

[Mr. Blue!]

Kari: Damn, out of PP. Keep up with the Wing Attacks.

Kurtis: Murkrow, Drill Peck Venonat.

[Pontus]

ooc: Not PP :P

Aerodactyl swoops down and strikes both enemies with its glowing white wings. Venonat rolls back and collides with Roselia, leaving Murkrow just enough time to spin in and strike both pokemon. Roselia and Venonat turn and shoot a mixture of Signal Beam and Poison Sting at Murkrow. It swoops down lower, looking tired. Venonat keels over in exhaustion, but still looks eager to fight.

Finish Venonat or be Finished(Murkrow)

[Mr. Blue!]

Murkrow, Peck the bug then Drill the Roselia. Aero, Wing Attack Roselia.

[Pontus]

Murkrow swoops down and pecks Venonat right between the eyes. The bug rolls over and faints. Roselia shoots a flurry of poison needles that strike Murkrow in the torso and knock it out cold. Aerodactyl dives down and connects with a wing attack. Roselia is sent flying as it rolls to a stop, KO'd from the CRITICAL HIT.

Grunt: The boss won't be happy about this!

He turns and attempts to run.

Stop him?

[Mr. Blue!]

Horsea, use Octazooga to stop him!

[Pontus]

Horsea comes out of its pokeball and drenches the man in a thick black ink. He slips and falls to the ground. You run up and catch him before he has time to get away again. He stays put but refuses to talk to you.

Maybe he may need a little persuasion.

ooc: I'll be gone from tomorrow until saturday. Its our school trip so I won't be able to get on the computer.

[Mr. Blue!]

Horsea, soak him. As soon as he tells us something we'll warm him up and get him dry.

[Pontus]

Horsea promptly covers the grunt in a mix of ink and bubbles. The man gargles slightly and coughs out a mess of ink and water.

Grunt: Okay, okay I'll tell you! We've got a chamber hidden under the water with poison type pokemon in them. We use this Sludge Bomb TM and make them poison the water with it.

*Aquired TM Sludge Bomb*

Kari: I've got a towel. Dry yourself off with it and take us to the hidden chamber right now.

Grunt: The only way to stop these pokemon will be to capture or battle them. Some of them are still wild, but others are stolen.

You all take off for the lake from before. You arrive and he points out a shadow under the water. How will you get in?

[Mr. Blue!]

Kari, you have a water type right? Well, we're gonna have them swim us to the base. Horsea, come on out!

[Pontus]

Kari: Come on out, Poliwag!

You: What about this guy?

Kari: I'll take him. Lets go.

You let out your horsea and hold on as you step into the water. It isn't very cold but it smells horrible. Kari grabs the man by the arm and holds on to her Poliwag as she wades up to her knees.

You: Okay Horsea, we'll have to be closing our eyes to protect them from the poison so lead us to the base.

You all jump in and disappear under the water. When you open your eyes, you find yourself in a well-lit chamber. Pokemon are trapped in compressed balls attatched to the sides of the base, spraying poison out of the bottom. A man is asleep in the corner with his feet on his desk.

What are you going to do?
