OOC: Sorry about the wait.

As you pick up the middle egg, it begins to shake. Suprised, you drop it to the ground. As it vibrates violently, you see cracks start to form. The egg turns slightly translucent as it hatches. You see the wispy form of your pokemon just start to move. As it finally stops, you see in its place a cute little Growlithe.

Obtained Growlithe!
Male Lv. 5
Bite
Roar
Ability: Flash Fire

You: Thank you! Well, I have to go.

Mr. Pokemon: Good luck!

Now you have choices.

A: Go to the Pokecenter.
B: Go North to the wild.
C: Go see the fisherman at the edge of town.
D: Other.

As you walk out of the Pokecenter, you see a commotion. A crowd has gathered, and there seems to be some unrest. Curious, you walk over to the group. You see a battle going on.

???: Does anyone else want to challenge the greatness that is "The Crusher"?

You see a young trainer kneeling on the ground, holding a bruised and fainted Chikorita. It seems that "The Crusher" went a little too far. As you make this observation, you start to see the little trainer cry. The Chikorita needs help.

Do you:

A: Help the kid to the Pokecenter
B: Ask someone else to help him and fight "The Crusher"
C: Leave them alone
Q: Other

Kurtis: You think you're tough because you can beat on little kids? Let's go. Double battle. Elekid, Horsea, let's go.

"Heh, this'll be easy. Go, Electrike and Machop."

OOC: Both level 7.

Mr. Blue!
September 17th, 2006, 06:43 PM
Kurtis: Horsea, get em wet, and then I want you to try and paralyze them with your ability Elekid. The water should increase the static charge.

Horsea summons up a rainstorm, soaking the ground. Elekid's Static Paralyzes Machop, but Electrike remains unnaffected. As you watch this, you don't see Horsea seize up in a paralyzed pose. Electrike's Static ability did the same thing becuase the rain soaked the entire ground. Electrike runs up to Tackle Horsea, but is knocked away by Elekid's Quick Attack. Electrike counters with a Tackle aimed at Elekid. It connects, sending Elekid into the bushes.

Okay, let's go. Horsea, use Dragonbreath on Electrike, maybe that'll paralyze him. Elekid, smack Machop around with your Quick Attack.

Horsea, still paralyzed, can't use Dragon Breath. Machop, however, is left open to an assault of lightning-quick attacks, courtesy of Elekid. Electrike rams into Elekid with a Tackle, and you see sparks fly around his body. A weak electrical wave flies towards Elekid, paralyzing him. Just as the Thunder Wave hits, Horsea comes up behind Electrike with a powerful Dragonbreath, doing okay damage but causing paralyzing him. Apparently he's no longer paralyzed. Horsea looks smug, but then you see her fall flat on her back. Machop's, who's mobile now, Low Kick hit for pretty good damage.

Elekid, get back here! Sneasel, get out here and use your speed to attack those two. Horsea, Dragonbreaths when you can.

Horsea uses Dragonbreath, but to little avail. Sneasel is so fast with the Scratches, the opponent pokemon are batted around to quickly for Horsea to get a good aim. Sneasel, however, is doing great, landing good damage on both pokemon. Electrike is doing well, able to move again, but Machop seems to be slowing down. After a few Scratches by Sneasel, he drops to one knee.

Finish Machop!

Sneasel, finish him with Scratch!

Elekid, keep Electrike busy.

OOC: Elekid's no longer in play. You replaced him with Sneasel.

Sneasel rushes towards Machop with a devastating Scratch, knocking the fighter down to the ground. Meanwhile, Horsea is having a tough time detaining Electrike. Electrike is fast, and he keeps Tackling Horsea, knocking her back several feet. Horsea gets up and manages to fire off a couple of Dragon Breaths, though, doing fair damage to Electrike.

Sneasel, use Taunt on Electrike! It should keep you in his sights. Horsea, use the opportunity to fire at him with Dragonbreath.

OOC: Sorry, level-up for Sneasel and Horsea.

Sneasel Taunts the tired Electrike, forcing it to only use attack moves. But, since he's only using Tackle, he keeps hitting into Sneasel, never giving Horsea a clear shot. But Sneasel retaliates, giving the Electrike a tremendous Scratch, sending him off. Horsea fires off a huge Dragonbreath at Electrike, and he topples over, obviously beat.

Finish Electrike!

Sneasel quickly rushes Electrike, knocking flat on his back. He tries to get up, but gives in to the pain and faints.

Level up for Sneasel and Horsea + $200!

Crusher: Oh noes!!! Electrike, Machop, I'll get you to a Pokecenter, hold on!

What now?

F: Go heal then other choice
I: Go talk to Fisherman

As Kurt walks in the door, he sees the small trainer he helped. He looks downtrodden and angry. Kurt goes to greet him.

"Hey, how are you? I beat "The Crusher" just a while ago. You won't have to worry about him anymore."

The boy seemed to brighten up at this.

"Oh, thank you! Here, I want you to have this."

Obtained TM Psychic.

"And also, just to show my appreciation, take these."

Obtained 3 Great Balls.

What now? (Trainer choice.)
