I've updated the first post a bit. Just ask about any other things you want to know, and I'll put them up there so long as they're not too creepy (I'm looking at you, guy who wants to come to my house and rape me).

Well then, it's been a while, so I might as well update this thing.

Quickly going over things, I'm still dating Addy, I'm now at Muhlenberg College. I've been going through a rough patch with Addy recently but things seem to be improving, which is very good. I've decided to become a Spanish and possibly Russian teacher, so I've got my college career more or less planned out for me now, which is nice.

Soon I'll start posting in this more often, so anyone wanting details will get them.

Following through on my promise to update.

Well, life's been a bit hectic recently, as anyone who's taken a look in Corpus Vile can see. Last Tuesday night, Addy called me up to tell me that she had been at my friend's house watching a movie, and that they had kissed for three seconds or so before they both pulled away. Naturally I was upset, but that night I told her that I would forgive her.

However, I asked the people of Corpus Vile (Corporals? Villians? PIMIots?) what I should do, and some of them told me to dump her. What they said started to affect me, and I had paranoid thoughts about what Addy was doing while I was away. On Friday, I showed up at her house early in the morning as I had planned to do all month. However, instead of the day of "fun" that we had planned, I told her that she had violated my trust and that I could no longer see her.

Several hours later, I began to think something along the lines of "Maybe I'm making a mistake." As time passed, I came to realize that yes, I had made a mistake, and I was feeling miserable. I wasn't going to make the first move, though, because I didn't want to go back on the point I was trying to make.

That night, I was picked up by a friend. We were supposed to go to the movies with a large group of people, including my now ex-girlfriend. However, I thought that many of the people going (mutual friends of Addy and me, including the friend who kissed her) weren't, including Addy herself. I was a bit shocked to find Addy sitting in the back seat, but I didn't let on because I didn't want to seem weak.

Before the movie, while Addy was in the bathroom, my friend pulled me aside and asked something along the lines of "What the ****?" I tried to explain to her what happened and why I wasn't apologizing even though I was miserable. Apparently Addy wanted me back, too, although she was pretending not to care.

Later that night, after the movie, we started a bonfire with another one of our mutual friends. We made small talk, and I asked Addy if I could walk her home, since the site of the bonfire was roughly 10 minutes from her house. She allowed me to walk her home, and we talked about what had happened and my motivations for breaking up with her. When we were almost at her house, I asked her if she would take me back. I got down on my knees, and she came over and hugged me.

So, to make a long story short, I broke up with her, felt miserable about it, then asked her to take me back, which luckily for me, she did. Also, (I hope) I learned not to let other people, especially people on the Internet, make my decisions for me.

C&P'ed from Corpus Vile:

I've got a final paper due on Wednesday, and I'm going to be working on it all night tonight and most of the day tomorrow.

To prepare, I have gotten a box of food, which includes:

4 bottles of Gatorade
1 cheesesteak with green bell peppers and onions
1 order of mozzarella sticks
1 order of chicken fingers + fries
4 cups of Raisin Bran Crunch cereal
2 cartons of whole milk

It's an 8 to 12 pages paper, and I've got to do a Powerpoint presentation on it. My topic is homeopathy.

Is WER a bad enough dude to pull it off? Find out in 36 or so hours.

Well, I kind of got it done. It was 8 pages with the Works Cited page, but I think I was thorough enough that my professor will overlook the paper being short.

In other news, I won a Super Smash Brothers tournament the other day. ph33r t3h puff, bitches. :D

Also, I got my Christmas shopping for Addy done yesterday. I'm sure she'll like all of her presents.

I have been f*cking addicted to Tales of Symphonia. I borrowed the game a week ago from a friend and me, him, and my roommate have been playing it on my roommate's GCN. I'm on my second playthrough now. Getting Genis's "I hate gels" title is a bitch... -_-

My sleeping habits have been a bit f*cked up recently. For the first part of the past week, I was pulling all nighters, and getting maybe 3 or 4 hours of sleep during the day. Then, 3 days ago, I slept for a good 15 hours, pulled another all nighter, and yesterday went to sleep at around 4:30 and woke up at 5 this morning.

Now on the agenda: I have a Philosophy final on Wednesday and a Russian final on Thursday. Thursday night, I get to go home. It's weird. This place feels more like home than my house does, but this place lacks Addy, so I don't mind going home. It'll still feel weird, though. I'm not going to see any of my friends for an entire month.

Update time once again!

I've been home for a couple of weeks now. It was alittle weird adjusting at first, but now I'm back in the swing of things.

Went to see an Isles game with Addy, my brothers, and one of their friends. The Islanders had this thing where they sold good seats for $19 to students, but we had to get the tickets at the Coliseum box office. We drove two hours to get to the game half an hour before the tickets went on sale. After waiting in line for half an hour, another box office opened up and a mass rush to the window occured. We didn't get the tickets we wanted, suffice to say, and since I had driven two hours to get there there was no way in hell I wasn't going to see the game. We ended up getting decent cheap seats for $29.

The game itself was great hockey but not particularly exciting. It was a goalie's duel that was decided early on by a fluky goal that had me groaning. At least we had White Castle before the game started.

As for tonight, I am going to celebrate the coming of the New Year with my family and friends. I made my chili, and it should be extra spicy this time. I found habenero peppers in a place I thought didn't carry them any more, so I was happy. ^__^

Well, this thread title is outdated now, but I don't know how to fix it. No big deal, I guess.

I plan on getting Guitar Hero II tomorrow at Best Buy. My little brother gave me his $50 gift card, and my mother has a $10 off coupon, so my lack of money isn't going to be a problem. I can't wait to rock out YYZ. ^__^

I've been playing CS recently, and I've been getting decent. Tommy is still pro-gaming me, but I can't expect to be the best after a week with the game.

The Isles lost Radek Martinek a few games back, and now they're in the midst of a 5-game losing streak. :( Hopefully they'll get the win tonight against Carolina, but I doubt it.

It's been a whole ten days since the last update, so here's the score...

I'm back at school now. My first class starts in 2 hours. Today, I have three classes. I start with Elementary Russian II from 8:30 - 9:20. Then, I can enjoy a bit of a break before going to Foundations of Education from 11 - 12:15. Then, I get another break until Bubonic Plague to AIDS from 3 to 4:15. My other two classes are Chemistry of the Environment (3 - 3:50 mwf) and Intermediate Spanish II (2 - 2:50 mwf).

The first thing I did when I got back was to rearrange my room. There's a bit less space in the room now, but it looks much nicer. I'll take pics when I feel less lazy.

I just sneezed, and now I have a nosebleed. It's that time of year again, I guess. I seem to get them a lot at around this time of year.

Speaking of sneezing, I got a cold as a going away present. I've got a sore throat at the moment, and I'm developing a cough. To remedy it for the time being, I'm drinking tea with honey in it. It tastes a little weird, but it soothes my throat. Nothing like old wive's remedies to do the trick.

I've been doing bad in CS lately, but tonight I did ok. I even managed a postive kill:death ratio against Coleman (although I did have shortkut on my team). I'm starting to like the M4.

Well, that's all I have to say for now. I'll catch you all on the flip side.

My name is red now. Other than that, not too much news. I've been liking my classes, and I love waking up at 12 on Wednesdays.

Sorry about the lack of updates. Granted, my life's not too interesting, but you'd think I should still make an update every week or so. :D

I got my name changed back to WER. It's generally a better name than Slowpoke, and too many people were complaining about it. Besides, I didn't like newer members in the Pokemon forums calling me "Slow." >_>

In the personal life, Addy and I have broken up. I'm not going to get into details, but I will say that we're still best friends.

My sleeping habits have been f*cked recently. Today I woke up at 5 PM after going to sleep at 7 AM, and I plan on going to sleep next after my first class. I'm glad I have such a large window between my first and second class on Mondays and Fridays. If I eat breakfast after class, I'll get to sleep from 10 to 1:30. :^:

I hosted a pool for the Super Bowl. I didn't win any money, though. There goes $5 down the drain. Neither the Bears nor I won, so I was a bit disappointed. It was a terrible game.

I've become somewhat of a Facebook whore over the past weekend. I think my friend list went from 10 to 38 people in three days. >_>
