Which Pro Evo is Winning Eleven 9? I only know Pro Evo 4 (though I might get 5).

It's #5.

I'd ask for tips on WE6, which is #3... but I think I'm beyond help.

Of those three I would say shooting from distance before the keeper runs out. Second would be corners if you have some good solid headers of the ball in the box and a decent set piece taker behind the ball. Crosses are more tricky and need timing as well as a good delivery and good finishing.
