Elements of power
Story
Things were fine on the planet of Shinya. The two continents were not enemys, but friends and neighbors. There were people with amazing powers that were hired as law enforcement, guards, or everyday jobs. But then one day a great power arose from the depths of the earth. It took over the continent of Xinia and started a war for world domination. All able men were called into action. Even non-powered men were given laser spears and blasters to go and fight. The world is now in civil war.

Ok so basically it is a planet filled with civil war. There is a group of select people that have a special element power (see below). There are evil and good powers and if you want to be neutral you can. There are two races, Obinata, and Xinia. Obinata=good, Xinia=bad. If you are neutral you can be either or. They basically look like humans except for their eyes and little details.

Element list

Good
Light=able to blind people and manipulate light. Can create light.
Lightning=can create lightning out of your fingertips. Manipulate electricity.
Ice=can make ice and freeze people.
Air=controls air and can fly. Able to take air out of an area.
Water=makes water and controls it. Note: cannot make ice.
Rock=can cover their body in rock and launch it at people.

bad
Dark=same as light but opposite thing.
Poison=can poison people and kill them or paralyze them.
Ghost=can become invisible and go through walls and have an ectoplasm ray come out of their hand.
Sound=able to make people deaf or themselves quiet. Good against guards.
Fire=ability to create fire and control it.
Steel=same as rock but steel.

He left the army to fight on his own when his term was done. At the age of twenty the lord hired him to work as a mercenary for his country.

Ok I am issuing a new rule for promotion. You must pass an exam. It will test you rpb'ing skill. The generals and lords will grade them on their abilities. Everyone will start out as a civilian and will work there way up. You have an unlimited amount of tries and you can try anytime. As long as the judges approve it you may become a warrior. There can be only one lord and two generals in each nation. Nuetral counts too. But to do that you must be really good. No nuetral lords!!!!!

Hoka was still scrounging around for that boar.
“Stupid bloody boar, stealing my bread,” he thought pushing back a bush.
Then he heard a rustling sound, out of instinct shot a powerful shock of lightning at the direction of the sound, and jumped at the crawling beast.
“Get of a me, you bloody giant!” demanded the Xinia soldier
“Who are you?” shouted Hoka, still holding him down
“I’m…”
“WHO ARE YOU?” screamed Hoka
“No one,” the Xinia soldier whispered, as another Xinia warrior clubbed Hoka from behind.

Every thing was blurry, like a bath without an open window; he could make out a woman whispering urgently to a tall thin man.
“Where am I?” asked Hoka there was a moment of silence and then,
“You were caught at a Xinia training camp, what do you plea?” the tall man said plainly.
“I was tracking a boar,” Hoka said without thinking,
“Really?” the woman said,”witnesses said that you shocked poor little Thimini here,” as the man he electrified stepped forward, out of a corner. Hoka tried to move, laser chains tied him down.
“Release me! You just wait ‘til I get out a ‘ere!” threatened Hoka
“Wha’ ya gonna do you little freak!” teased Thimini
“This is what!” yelled Hoka as he killed Thimini with a lightning bolt.
“You shouldn’t have done that,” calmly said the man, as Hoka readied for the pain of sleep.

Hokay, no.2

Hoka woke up, cramped and in pain.
Jeez, where am I?
“Ah! Our little friend is awake!” taunted the thin man, cutting out from a conversation with the woman.
“I warn you, when I get outta’ ‘ere you and your slut are dead!” yelled Hoka
“You will pay for that!” the woman said angrily, unleashing a powerful tentacle of darkness strangling Hoka, bocking his mouth and nose,
“Stop!” demanded the tall man, striking her across the face.
“I apologize Franzar, I forgot my place, master” calmly spoke the woman
“I will punish you to more of an extent later,” Franzar whispered, “But now we must continue with the guilty, Hoka Vilantai vs. the Nation of Xinia, let the trial commence.” bellowed Franzar.

Bright lights shone on his face, like looking into the sun with the naked eye. He squinted for a while, then his chains pulled back and he smoothly slid on to an up-right table.
“Now get comfortable, because this will take a while,” Franzar whispered tauntingly.
“You are being filmed at the current time, to make sure you don’t try anything,” warned the woman.
“What do you plead, guilty of trespassing, or guilty of treason?” bellowed Franzar.
“I am guilty of neither, for I was on my own land, and I am not a Xinian civilian,” Hoka replied, looking up at the light bulb. Hmm, that bulb will do.
He felt a sudden urge of pain through his bones.
“What was that?” Franzar spoke.
“I am guilty of neither, for I was on my own land, and I am not a Xinian civilian,” Hoka said stubbornly. Hoka summoned all of his strength to make the light bulb fry Franzar like a piece of fish. The shock from the bulb made the woman fly back and hit her head on the wall. The laser chains released him and he went up to Franzars body and inspected. Damn, no money, hey, she is still alive, damn I hate it when chicks do this sort of thing to me, oh well. Hoka walked up to the woman and blasted a hole in the roof, picked her up and jumped through, he powered himself with electricity and ran so fast he was at his hut in minutes.

Magnavolt walks around town, looking at stuff. He sees Xinia soldiers. "Damn." he said. "I need to get through them to get to the other side of town. "Hey!" one of the soldiers yelled, noticing him. They run at him. "Crap." Magnavolt said. He runs, but is captured. "Back off!" he said. He releases some ball lightning to shock them. All the soldiers have lightning-proof armor. He makes a flash bomb to blind them. They let go and Magnavolt flies off.

Salika woke up from a deep sleep still in the shack by the docks. The salty smell of the ocean wafted in through the poorly built walls, Cockroaches crawled across the floor, contaminating what little food he had, and the girl was still unconsious. He cautiously walked towards the door, slowly gripping the handle, and twisting the rusty knob. When he opened the wooden door, 3soldiers had laser rifles pointed at him, Xinia soldiers. These men had no element powers, If they did they wouldn't be carrying these primitave weapons.

"If you move we kill you." Said one of the soldiers.

Suddenly as if from nowwhere, water came from behind Salika, knocking all three men down. The girl ran past him in a fit of rage. Salika followed closely to see what had gotten into her.

Out of a lot of clans in C&C we do seem to be getting better thought. A lot are becoming noobish with even more noobish leaders. If you do want to learn though, I guess I can teach you for now. Post a starting rp and we'll go from there.
