Charmander runs in and hits with Scratch. The pokemon dashes back, then forward again to hit Charmander. Charmander side-step dodges, and the pokemon keeps going a ways past Charmander, then turns on a dime and glares at Charmander.

ok. he is quick charmander, so go in with a scratch, and keep dodging his attacks. he will have to run out of energy eventually.

Charmander runs up and uses Scratch, which connects. The pokemon whips around and hits Charmander on the tail. Charmander then falls over after freezing up, and the pokemon hits it a second time before backing off.

Charmander hits with a Scratch and the pokemon drops to its "knees", though it doesn't really have any. Charmander approaches slowly, and the pokemon suddenly jumps up and hits Charmander in the gut.

You turn left in hopes of finding some pokemon. And you do. A lot. You've stumbled your way into a grotto full of every kind of bug pokemon imaginable., They, however, for the most part, haven't noticed you.

well on account there are so many im not gonn just walk in the middle of them, in stead im gonna slowly walk along the edge of the grotto, and look for a week one that is by himself where i can safely battle him

You walk in, and they all turn their eyes on you. You freeze, and then slowly edge your way out. They continue to look at you as you leave. As you exit the grotto, you turn around and see a white bug with brown claws and what looks like leaves on its thorax. It looks at you and wigges its antennae in anticipation.

Nincada lunges forward as you recall Charmander, and hits the incoming Rattata with a Scratch. Nincada barely seems to recognize to change as it darts around Rattata and bites it on the side. Rattata cries out and jerks away as a small strem of blood flows from the bite mark. Rattata then hits Nincada with a quick Tackle before backing off.

Rattata keeps an eye on Nincada as it scuttles up a tree, then jumps at Rattata from a limb. Rattata dodges as Nincada hits the ground, and gets behind Nincada, hitting it with Tackle. Nincada turns and uses Scratch, hitting Rattata for decent damage.

ok, not bad charmander, but we need to be a little more vigilant for his attacks, now go in with a tail whip, and then a scratch

Rattata turns to look at you, wondering why you're trying to get Charmander to attack. Nincada hits Rattata with Scratch as it stands around.

Nincada recognizes Charmander from before, and dashes in the moment he comes out of the ball. Charmander can't react in time, and Nincada sinks its fangs into Charmander's leg. Charmander Growls and kicks, quickly removing Nincada, before hitting it with Scratch.

Charmander uses Scratchand lands a hit, but Nincada turns and bites Charmander's hand, leaving two small dots where the punctures were. Nicnada scuttles back and glares at Charmander.

it is ok charmander, now i want u to use a ember, run, ember again, then run, and keep up this pattern, just dont run yourself into a corner, or burn down the forest. He has only been attacking with phisycal attacks, so by running he wont be able to get in an attack, even when the fire makes him pissed

Charmander runs the pattern, hitting Nincada onec before it figures out the timing. Nincada then tenses up, deflecting the flames, before scuttling up and hitting Charmander with the hardest Scratch yet.

ok charmander, that did not work how i wanted it to, no lets go back to our original stratagy that we have been perfecting since we first became partners. Go in with a scratch, but be vigilante at all times, and if you will end up putting yourself into harms way abort the attack.

Charmander jumps at Nincada, who uses Scratch. Charmander rotates in mid-air, doing a barell roll and landing on Nincada. Nincada tries to bite Charmander, but Charmander rolls out of the way and lands a Scratch attack before backing off again.

ok, basically, ive been pushing a style of fighting that is about watching your opponent for any signs of attacks then when you see them look for and opining then attack it, and if you will put your self in an easy shot then dont attack. Also my rival is steve, and he had a level 5 totidile whenever i fought him in the very first battle, then coaught a rattata, and fought a youngster, then saw a legendary water pokemon and got a mystic water. evry thing else is just battles, and other stuff that is not very inportant in the game itself.

Charmander fires several small flames at the Butterfree. Butterfree dodges them and uses Confusion, making Charmander dizzy and disoriented. He then swoops down and is nailed by a Tackle.

rattata use a tackle.

Rattata jumps up and dives into Butterfree, sending them both to the ground. Butterfree then begins to shine as it uses Harden.

good job rattata, now use tailwhip to defeat the purpous of his harder, then go in with another tackle

Rattata rubs its tail in Butterfree's nose, making the bug sneeze and lose its focus on its harden attack. Butterfree takes off again and Rattata jumps at it, trying to tackle it, but it instead finds itself riding on the bug's back.

great job rattata, now dig you fangs into its wings destroying its flying ability, then when that butterfree is about to crash jump off.

Rattata jabs its teeth in the bug's wings, and the thing comes crashing down. Rattata falls off of Butterfree, its mouth foaming.

Rattata dodges and excutes the combo to perfection, dealing some nasty damage.
