i hope i did all right so if not mr. blue then just tell me, also i made one last post in my dex, please read it. it could change the face of this battle

[Mr. Blue!]

You enter Pewter City Gym and Brock welcomes you warmly. He remembers you from the museum. He then asks if you were a bug type trainer. After you reply no, he accepts your challenge, and sends you to your side. A lady enters and declares the battle a two on two, stats and RPG mixed. Brock then sends out his first pokemon; Lileep *Lv.9*!

wel judging as it is a rock/grass type. Its resistance to fire is cancelled out by its vulniribility to fire, so i guess old faithful your first.

GO Charmander

[Mr. Blue!]

Charmander runs out and prepares to battle. The judge waves the flag and so begins your quest to gain the Boulder Badge.

Brock: Not a great beginning move, my friend. While your attacks are not super effective, nor noneffective, my attacks are going to hurt your pokemon even more. Lileep, use Rock Slide!

Lileep digs its vines deep underground and withdraws many rocks. He then rolls them all at Charmander.

Damn, only figured half the equeation, o well, we all make mistakes.

OK. Chamander, i made a huge mistake, but that is not the point, i have already come up with a backup plan, what i want you to do is jump and dodge, around the rocks, and use a growl, that should cause this lileep, to pause for a second then use an ember.

Charmander jumps around like a fool and growls at Lileep As he is about to send out a ember he is slammed into by a rock.

ok ouch, charmander, get up, rn towards him in a zig-zag pattern making it harder for him to focus any single rock on you, but be carful if this lileep throws a series of rocks at random, then just run around them dodging each rock, and keep dodging the rocks until you get close enough to hit lileep with a scratch.

Charmander dashes towards Lileep dodging any rock. He closes in and delivers a nasty scratch. Suddenly vines twist around him and begin to squeeze the life out of him.

Charmander: 17/30

good job on that attack charmander, now use ember on those vines which should cause lileep to let go of you then go in with another scratch

Charmander's tail lights up as it fires several embers at the wrapping tentacles, delivering some heavy damage. They release, and Charmander lunges at Lileep. Suddenly it is met with an incoming rock!

Charmander: 15/30
Lileep: 30/50

great job charmader on getting out of that attack charmander, now run in as if your going for another scratch, but if lileep is about to throw another rock, then stop, and use an ember then retreat, but if he goes in with those vines again, we already know how to handle those:wink:

Charmander charges at Lileep, claws bared. Lileep launches a rock, and Charmander stops, firing several embers at the prehistoric pokemon. Suddenly a vine pops out from the ground and grabs Charmander's ankle. Chamander fires ember at the vine, but it swings Charmander around and throws him at a still rock.

Charmander: 10/30
Lileep: 17/50

ok charmander, we took a good wack form that one, but hey, we can still win this one, first i will use a potion(i have 3) to give u an extra boost of energy, no carmander, i want u to use an ember to create a wall of fire around lileep, and while (s)he is destraceted go in with another scratch from behind

Charmander gladly takes the potion. He then brings his tail to his mouth and fire blazes forth, trapping Lileep in a halocaust. He then dives through the inferno and readies a scratch, but suddenly is met with a rock. It crashes into him, and the wall of fire falls, leaving Lileep a little singed.

Charmander: 24/30
Lileep: 12/50

dang that almost worked charmander, but hey, he caught us off gaurd. Now i want you to do the exact same move, but instead of going in with a scratch use a growl to distract him then another ember that i want you to try and hit him with

Charmander fires the ember at Lileep, who twitches finnuy for a moment, and then is enveloped by fire. Charmander pulls off the combo, and once the attack is done, Lileep falls to ashes. Suddenly a rock slams into Charmander and you see Lileep.

Lileep: 6/50
Charmander: 20/30

nice one charmander, we almost have this lileep beaten, now go and use another scratch but do it quickly for he may be playing possum, and if u see a rock coming at you, then dodge it and use an ember

Charmander attepts to scratch Lileep, but it suddenly is met with a rock, which it barely dodges. He then fires several embers at Lileep, who is knocked out by the attack, only after it throws one last rock into Charmander as a farewell present.

Brock: Prepare for the worst now, trainer. Go Larvitar!

Charmander: 14/30
Larvitar: 43/43

hmm. larvatitar, half expecting an onix. also i did beat the lileep making it me still able to use 1 more pokemon and once i knock out this larvatir i win right?

Great job charmander, but now his pokemon is much better then us, but here we took out a lileep which did have the advantage, so hey we might be able to do a little damgage to this making it easier for my next pokemon to win this one.

Now use an ember to rile him up,

The flames hit Larvitar and he laughs, it barely hurting him. Suddenly a ring of water fires from his mouth with a loud ping and hits Charmander hard. Charmander stands up from the attack walking around like a drunken lizard.

Charmander: 4/30 *confused*
Larvitar: 40/43

Charmander attempts to run in and deliver a scratch, but it runs into a standing rock. It falls over, fainted.

now go nincida, and use leech life

[Mr. Blue!]

Nincada enters the battle and immediately jumps onto Larvitar, biting into him and sucking some life out of him. Larvitar rips him off and throws him aside, letting the bug land on its feet. He then fire a ring of water at Nincada, knocking the pokemon back with water.

Larvitar: 36/43
Nincada: 29/36

Nincada sucks some more life, but Larvitar delivers its own Bite, hurting the bug.

Nincada uses a small leech, and moves away, avoiding the smal dinosaur. Soon you see the bug is rinning short of breath.

Nincada sits for a moment, trying to catch its breath. Larvitar sits there as well, its eyes closed. That when you realize its rasing its critical hit power with Focus Energy!

Nincada uses harden, and then jumps at Larvitar. Unfortunatly Larvitar catches the bug... with his teeth, delivering a critical hit Bite attack.

ok ninicida, lets try somthing a little different. so far all we have done was go on the offense i want you to wait, see what he does, and then i will try to give you a counter (i dont mean the move i mean as in a futre plan) command.

Nincada dive straight through the ring and fires barbs at Larvitar, who retaliates by biting them and reeling Nincada in with them.

Larvitar pulls him in quickly, but bug is ready, and delivers a critical hit to the dinosaur.
