You guys forgot to mention Creeper.

Creeper wasn't demodded.

He must have gotten a name change, then, because I don't see him under "List Staff".

No, he just wasn't demodded. This forum doesn't cover resignations.

Why is it biased?
It was sarcasm.
Why'd he/she resign?

Why'd he/she resign?
Because he felt that he was too busy to continue in the role of moderator on this site.

Such is the fate of many moderators nowadays, it seems.

It's a shame. Life kills you.

A few have falled in inactivity reasons of late, which I find most unusual considering many of us are on holiday periods as of almost a month ago
Anyway, lets just hope they are ok

Yes, we can only hope.
This is my last "free" summer. I have no choice but to work full time next summer. But I'll still be that bad itch that you can't reach to this place and post around every night or so, never fear. ;)

Oh, I'm always around. I haev to be at work at 8:45AM, it's 12:50 and I stay up late just to post here. Could I be a GWA (GW Addict)?
Kashla
July 11th, 2006, 11:44 PM
I know I am an addict of this place.
What time do you get off work? I have to do work around here though, so I'm not totally off the hook...

Depends on how they schedule me. Today, tomorrow and Thursday it's 4:30PM, but it can vary from 11:15PM to 2AM. Then I still get on GW when I get home. :P

Yes, a true addict gets on whenever they can (like me!!!).
Mojo.
July 12th, 2006, 12:24 AM
And me! When I'm home all day (like the past week) I check onto GW every hour or so. There's just nothing going on in the real world right now.

I usually have a few browser windows open, one always to this place, and the other 1 or 2 going to all the other sites. I'm on all the time so yeah. I love my laptop with wireless DSL! I can carry it around with me all over the house! :^:
Mojo.
July 12th, 2006, 12:44 AM
I had that same advantage not too long ago. But then I moved and DSL isn't available in my area. So I'm tied down with Dial-Up. :(

I probably am a GWA these days. Although that didn't really start until around early this year, up until then I had maybe 1000 posts...
Then again, thats probably partially due to my responsibilities as a mod. In a way I have to be here, mind you I enjoy it too so it's all good :D

Wow, I had no idea. That makes me feel better about my post rate. :chuckle:

"the incident"Link666's banning?
I didn't really care much about much, but yesterday, in the Dome, like 3 other people were on in there at the same time. It was frantic, hectic, wonderful.

Sounds exilerating. How mant threads/pages were made?
Yes, I meant my banning, which was just an incident.

I'm not sure, but I remember seeing that the 'Coleman replaces nazi smilie with nazi talk' thread got to a 7th page (my settings start a new page after 20 posts) and thinking something like "Holy Sh!t. That's a lot of stuff."

Well, on one hand the holiday period means free time. On the other hand, it can mean holidays. I personally find it easier to get onto Gamewinners most of the time during university. I have a routine then and it just seems easier to make time for it. In the summer I'm usually off all over the place. I've already been to Spain and America this summer, and I'm going to Holland in a couple of weeks too. Travelling being another aspect of student summers in a lot of instances.

This is true. But then again I'm normally in a different country anyway, so just going away for a weekend can be impractical.

lol...I was just pointing out that more people notice when you're gone, because its for extended periods of time, even though its likely that you and I have been gone for the same amount of time or close to it

I'm a victim of posting pre emptive LOAs :D
