Aidan VS David

[Sean Connery]

David stood in the arena waiting for his oponent.

David: Where is he? He sent me this letter saying he would be here. It said he would be here two minutes ago!

Aidan: You are insecure, arent you?

David: You must be Aidan! Let's start this!

???: Wait!

OOC: Who want's to Ref?

[Aura]

Fyre charged into the room. "I want to ref!"

[Sean Connery]

OOC: Allright! Now we just got to wait for Pontus.

[Pontus]

Aidan: Well I’m ready to fight.

David drew his Frost Katana and readied himself. He pointed the white blade at his opponent. Aidan pulled his bow off of his back and notched an arrow. He jumped back about 10 feet and aimed it at David’s head.

David: Before we start... What are the rules, ref?

Aidan: Yeah, I’d like to know before I start this.

[Aura]

"First of all, which kind of field would you like?"

[Pontus]

Aidan: If it's alright with David, I'd like a Forest Terrain.

[Sean Connery]

David: Hmm well look elfish so you'll get a advantage there... but the trees could block youre arrows... Yeah I can agree to that!

[Aura]

"All right then!" Fyre pushed a button and trees and grass sprouted. "Rules: don't kill each other. Now fight!"

[Pontus]

Aidan: I’ll start this off.

Aidan jumped up into a tree and pushed his back up against it. David slowly walked around, looking for his prey. Aidan leapt to another tree but he caught David’s eye. His opponent jumped into the air and swung his Katana. Aidan jumped out of the tree just as it was incased in ice.

Aidan: I’ll have to watch out for that.

David: You better.

This time, David initiated attack. He swung at Aidan who quickly ducked under the blade. He could feel the current of cold air left behind the Katana as it stuck into yet another thick trunk. This time, the blade would not budge.

David struggled to release his blade but it wouldn’t move. Aidan aimed an arrow at his head, claiming victory but David ducked down, pulled out his blade, and chopped the tip of the arrow off, leaving a frozen twig in the bow.

Aidan flipped backwards, grabbed a branch, and swung to another tree. He notched an arrow and sent it flying at David. The arrow was chopped into two frozen pieces as David ducked down and sliced the arrow in half.

David jumped at Aidan and swung his katana. Aidan began to jump off of the tree but the branch he was standing on became incased with ice. His right foot was securely frozen to the branch. Aidan sat there hanging upside down. He quickly drew his knife and prepared to block.

The katana came flying at Aidan again but this time he swung up to dodge it and then came swinging back down, punching David in the back. David turned over and threw his katana which missed and cut lose the branch. Aidan broke off the branch from his leg and notched another arrow.

Aidan: I’m faster that you. My speed makes up for my lack of fighting ability.

[Sean Connery]

David: Oh no I am completley defenseless!

Aidan: Yeah Eat wood buddy!

Aidan Started shooting arrows at David. David kept Dodging but it was obvious he was getting tired.

Aidan: You get tired quick.

David: Only when I'm holding mutiple things up.

Aidan: What?!

Aidan turned around to see a dozen of his arrows. They all darted at him but he dodged quickly. The arrows started to chase him around the woods. Most of the arrows struck trees, but 1 was hot on his trail. Aidan rushed at David, he dodged. Unfornutely he ran right into the arrow.

David: Ow!

[Pontus]

Aidan: So you’re a telekinetic, are you?

Aidan quickly notched one of his arrows and sent it at David’s chest. It stopped in mid-air but Aidan was planning on that. He shot another one that split right threw the previous one. David jumped up at the last second and it flew between his legs.

David: Damn, that was close.

Aidan unloaded about 10 more arrows at David who kept trying to dodge them. He was injured and couldn’t keep up, however. An arrow clipped his left leg and a fresh stream of blood started.

Aidan: Hah, I’ve got you.

David: Think again!

One of the arrows was lifted from the ground and began flying at Aidan. He tossed his bow to the ground and pulled his knife out. He held it in front of his face and prepared to knock the arrow down when it went straight up and then back down again towards Aidan’s head.

Aidan dove to the side but the arrow kept following him. He ran up to a tree and then ran straight up it, flipped back. Luckily, the arrow was embedded in the thick bark. Aidan walked up to his bow and grinned at David who was sitting on the ground, tying a piece of cloth around his leg.

David charged with his Katana and began an onslaught on Aidan. The elf slipped to the left to dodge the first attack and then flipped up above David to dodge the other. He landed and ducked quickly to avoid the blade and then dove between his legs to get away.

Aidan stood up but David turned around and knocked him over. He tapped him with the sword and he was frozen solid from the waist down. He grimaced in pain as the ice began to sting his skin.

Aidan dragged himself to a tree and then began climbing it using his hands and his knife. He reached a low branch and sat there, scraping off the ice with his knife. His legs were still pretty numb but at least he could move them now.

[Sean Connery]

[Pontus]

David: I'm sick of you hiding in tree's!

David threw his katana into the trees to perform his boomarang blade, but Aidan caught the katana and stabbed it into the tree.

David: Ah crap!

[Pontus]

Aidan pulled the katana out of the tree and threw it at the feet of David. It skidded up and touched his shoes, freezing both of them to the ground. Aidan grinned and drew an arrow. He hit the ice on David’s right leg, setting it free but making him wobble a little bit. Aidan fired another arrow that broke the ice on the left leg, sending David falling to the ground.

David: I just lost my balance, that’s all.

Aidan jumped down and hung his bow on a branch. He stepped up and to the side, farther and farther away from his weapon.

Aidan: I’m weaponless and you still won’t touch me.

David grew angry and chopped at Aidan. He slid to the left as the blade passed harmlessly through the air. Aidan ducked under a quick attack and jumped up, above his opponent. David brought his sword up just in time to graze Aidan’s back. The elf was frozen solid before he even hit the ground.

Aidan crashed into the ground, breaking some of the ice. He was still completely incased and David was still armed. Aidan found he could move his left arm a little bit and wiggled it to his belt. He drew his knife just as David came running in. Aidan blocked a strike with his knife, leaving it frosty and cool.

David went to swing down again but Aidan pushed off with his left hand and rolled away. He began scraping ice off of his body until he could move again. He stretched a little and sent the last of the ice crashing to the forest floor.

Aidan sprinted forwards and jumped to his right, avoiding David. He grabbed a tree branch and swung to another tree, bouncing off of the trunk and to another tree. He grabbed his bow from the branch and leapt through the air to land next to David. He swept his leg down and tripped David, drawing an arrow and placing his boot on David’s chest.

Aidan: That was a great fight. I’ll let you get up free of charge if you want to continue.


ooc: Sorry if you didn't want to end it but the fight had lasted pretty long. If you don't want to your character can just take the arrow right out of my bow using his telekinesis.

[Aura]

I'll wait until David responds...then I'll judge.

[Sean Connery]

OOC: Ahh man I came up with a really good response to that but I forgot it.

David: Well you got to know when youre beat.

[Pontus]

Aidan slowly moves his bow and shoots the arrow straight up. After a while, it comes back down and lands in his quiver. He extends a hand and shake's David's.

David: It was a great fight.

Aidan: My pleasure.
