Frozen Heart vs. kannon

[Alice!]

Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the bout between our newest updater, Frozen Heart, and the trainer kannon! The trainers each submitted a number between 1 and 10. Heart's was 6, and kannon's was 7. The randomly genrated number was 1, so Heart gets the advantage of first attack. Now, let's get this battle rolling! The trainers have sent out their first pokemon....

Frozen Heart - Chinchou - 25 hp
kannon - Corphish - 20 hp

This battle is half stats, and half RP. Heart will post an RP of how he wants Chinchou to attack, then kannon will post for his Corphish. Then, I will post what happens. Repeat until frosty.

Now then, Frozen Heart. Make your move.

Frost was walking through Cherrygrove when he spotted a trainer with a Corphish. He walked over and said "Want to battle me?" The trainer nodded and the two sent out their Pokemon. Frost yelled "Chinchou, Thunder Wave it. After it's immobile, Supersonic it so it will hopefully attack itself! Then Bubble it!"

corphih try and dodge the thunderwave. Then cover your ears for the supersonic then try to bubble it.

[Alice!]

Chinchou bounces into battle and immediately launches a Thunder Wave attack. Corphish ducks out of the way, but the attack grazes one of its claws. Chinchou starts to vibrate rapidly, launching its Supersonic attack while Corphish uses Bubble. some of the Bubbles get popped, but Chinchou still gets hit. Corphish is unable to completely block both of its ears, and gets confused.

Chinchou - 22/25
Corphish - 20/20 *confused*

"Chinchou, Bubble it! Drive it mad! If it get's mad, just stand back as it destroys itself in a furious rage!"

corhish. stay calm. try to remember chinchou is your enemy and use ancient power.

Chinchou blasts Corphish with Bubble, causing damage as Corphish raises its claw in preparation for Ancient Power. Corphish runs toward Chinchou and hits with Ancient Power, ramming itself into the ground into the process.

Chinchou - 17/25

corphish buble wont do as much damage to you but stay away from his thunder waves. ancient power it as hard as you can

Chinchou bounces over Corphish and hits it with Bubble. Corphish, however, catches Chinchou with Ancient Power when it lands. causing all of Corphish's stats to be boosted. Chinchou hits it with Thunder Wave before Corphish can attack again, and Corphish becomes paralysed as the confusion wears off.

Chinchou - 13/25
Corphish - 12/20 *paralysed*

"Concentrate on Bubbling it! Don't give in!"

corphish, dont worry about bubble too much. stay away from its electracal attacks and ancient power it.

Chinchou continues to use Bubble as Corphish runs forward and hammers it with AncientPower, dealing a lot of damage. Corphish then freezes in paralysis and gets smacked down with Bubble. A lot.

Chinchou - 2/25
Corphish - 3/20 *paralysed**all stats boosted*

"Chinchou, bubble it then get away as soon as possible!!!"

Ok Corphish, now ancient power chinchou as hard as you can. try to fight the paralysis.

Chinchou and Corphish attack at the same time, but Corphish is able to dodge the Bubble and connect with Ancient Power, knocking out Chinchou.

"Come out Sentret! Use Slash!"

I just realized Sentret is in the Day Care...
"Go, Barboach! Use Spark!"

ok corphish, dodge slash and then ancient power it from behind.

Corphish's claw hits Barboach, connecting with Ancient Power, but Barboach had used Spark, electrifiying itself as well as Corphish. Corphish faints.

"Barboach, use Spark again! Make it growl in pain!"

Totodile, dodge its spark. When its attack ends scratch it.

Barboach charges its body and dives at Totodile. Totodile jumps out of the way, but gets nicked by stray sparks flying off of Barboach. Totodile hits Barboach in the back with Scratch.

OOC: You know, kannon, is is REALLY starting to bug me with the way you RP. I've been very quiet about it, but I don't think I can hold it in any longer. You do the "dodge and hit from behind" tatic and other really cheap tatics that really irritate me. Even though they bothered me, I still updated you with only minor outbreaks. But, seriously, try to add some flavor to your posts, ok?

"Barboach, use Mud Slap to blind it then charge into it with Spark!"

See, there is a combo kind of attack. If I earn a warning for flaming, then so be it. But I just want this guy to be a better Rper. Not venting, just wanted to let him know.

Ok Totodile, try to block mud slap the best you can. Then grwol at it to try and scare it. Then jump at it with your hardest scratch.

Ermh, forgot about this...and FH, you're being a bit hypocritical considering the vast amount of "Use this attack!" posts you've had in this thread. To be honest, you're both doing really poorly at the RP element in this battle. For a really strong RP, check out Rip's current gym battle (http://forums.gamewinners.com/forums/showthread.php?p=6701236#post6701236), the fight's been awesome so far.

Totdile holds its arms up in front of its eyes as Barboach kicks up a Mud Slap. Barboach lights itself up like a lightbulb and dives towards Totodile, whos Growl has absolutely no effect. Mudkip slams into Totodile's chest, dealing a lot of damage. Totodile then hits Barboach with Scratch.

"Barboach, use Water Sport and soak Totodile! Then use Spark to shock it and the water!"

Totodile.if you get soaked so be it. But try to get a rage in before it can spark you.

Totodile holds its ground and grits its teeth as Barboach soaks it with Water Sport. Totodile then runs forward and punches Barboach hard in the jaw, sending it flying before it can use Spark. However, Barboach quickly gets up and uses Spark, electrocuting the water on the ground as well as Totodile.

Totodile, try to bear the spark, run up to it and rage it as hard as possible in the face.

Totodile grits its teeth and runs forward as Barboach uses Spark, but the electricity flowing through the water on the floor is too much for it to handle, and it faints.

"Barboach, soak it with water! Use Water Spout! If you are able, then use Spark again!"

Ok ghastly, when it uses watersport phase out into the ground. Then come up underneath of it and lick it.

Barboach spins around merrily, using Water Sport to soak everything in sight. It then tries to blasty Gastly with Water Spout, but to no avail, since Barboach can't learn that move. Gastly takes the opportunity to Lick Barboach, paralyzing it.

"Barboach, try to use Spark but don't move! Make Gastly shock itself when it licks you!"

Ghastly, wait for its spark to end, then go in for a quik lick.

As Gastly isn't dumb enough to Lick an electrified Barboach, Barboach faints as soon as its Spark wears off and Gastly Licks it.

"Come out Togepi! Start out with a Future Sight followed by Metronome!"

Ok Ghastly, use hypnosis, then follow it up with a lick attack.

Togepi clenches its fists and then points to the sky, its Future Sight attack prepared and on the way. Gastly then shoots the rings of Hyponosis at Togepi, but Togepi is able to dive out of the way. Togepi then waggles its finger to use Metronome, and he then plants his feet and clenches his fists. Gastly is able to get up close and Lick Togepi, but the ghost-type attack passes straight through Togepi with no effect. Togepi then jumps forward, using Vital Throw, but dives through Gastly due to the move being fighting-type.

Ghastly, hide in the floor of the arena. When future sight has ended get back out of the floor and use perish song.

Gastly ducks down and Togepi tenses up, but nothing happens.

"Togepi, use Metronome, but don't try to overexert yourself!"

Ghastly, stay hidden in the floor. Dont let any attack hit you.

[Alice!]

Gastly sinks down into the floor as Togepi waggles its finger to use its Metronome attack. Suddenly, Togepi starts glowing brightly and begins to morph on the spot. Gastly peeks its head up to see what's going on, and by the time the light stopped and Togepi's shape had settled, a Togetic had taken its place. Togetic than proceeds to use its Metronome attack, which lets off an incredibly powerful blast from all around its body. Gastly panics and dives beneathe the floor, but the power of the blast tears up the entire arena. After the attack dies down, Gastly peeks up and notices two things. He hasn't taken any damage, and his opponent has fainted in the middle of the arena. The judge then throws up his flags.

Judge: Togepi's Explosion attack has left it unable to fight! The winner of this match is kannon! Both contestants put up a tremendous fight, but it was the random nature of Togetic's best attack that was its downfall! Let's all give a big hand to these two promising young trainers!

Honestly? When figuring out what attack Togepi would use for Metronome it came up as attack number 85. Which, if you care to double check for yourself, is Explosion. I laughed so hard when I noticed what had happened I almost fell out of my chair.
