Dani California tabs help

I'm trying to teach myself the latest Red Hot Chilli Peppers song Dani California. After the first chorus, there's a solo like this:

The V apparently stands for vibrato which means 'that the string is vibrated by rapidly bending and releasing it.' I was having some trouble on how to play this. Any tips are appreciated.
