I seriously need advice on this, I dunno if you guys got this or not but...

I'm faced by a choice of either learning the drums or elec. guitar, I enjoy drumming and beats (I got a high score in one of the games) but some people tell me my fingers are just perfect for guitaring, and I love a good solo. :bashhead: So which should I go for?

Best to get some advice from people who actually play the instruments.

MOVED TO SOMEWHERE WITH PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY PLAY INSTRUMENTS.

Go for drums. Guitarists seem to breed like cockroaches, you'll be in more demand if you're a drummer.

play which ever one you really want to play. if you try to learn to play something that isn't your preference, it's likely that you won't succeed at it.
another point is the fact that there is nothing stopping you from learning both in due course.

hey ive played the guitar for about 4 years now, and ill tell you that there is nothing better than actully hearing yourself get better. its the most amazing site [stop laughing] really guitar is the way to go if you want to witness your own skill improoving. but i must say that here in San Diego, there are about 3 million guitarists...so if you played drums, idk if your still in high school or not. but you'll be wanted by like 3 or 4 bands looking for a drummer, trust me! im currently looking for a drummer in my area. so depends what you want :)

Yeah, I find myself liking drums more, I got a highscore in this game once, my bro told me that I wasn't bad. We were considering to attempt a band (he was gonna learn guitar) but then he was like I don't want to go to all that trouble.

I really don't know if I want to make a band, I don't do well under pressure. I just want to learn for the sake of it.

whatever you decide, dont worry about a band, i know i never did. i never wanted to become famous or anything like that. i just wanted to be good. and it seems like thats what you want to do. go with drums man, trust me, you'll want to start a band when you get into highschool. and good luck with learning

I am in highschool, probably join one in universtiy if I can. Thanx for everyones advice, I'll go with drums.
