We are down to the finals. The three bracket winners are Tran, Joe, and Velocity. First of all, I would like to congratulate them for playing very well (especially Velocity) and winning their brackets. The competition was tough and you guys prevailed.

As for the runners up, BTS, Brian, and Shak, you will participate in a Wildcard Three-Way match to determine who gets the final seat in the Final Four. One game, one winner. You proved that you have game and get another shot at winning this.

Let's light this up. You guys know the rules (25/50 blinds, 1000 chips, Best of 3)

I'd like this round to be finished by Wednesday, April 26th. Only three games, counting the Wildcard game, so I don't see a problem in people getting them done by then. I recommend playing as soon as possible, though.

Important: The wildcard winner will be facing Tran because they are considered the lowest seed for being wildcard. Therefore, the match ups will be:

Tran vs. Wildcard
Joe vs. Velocity

Joe and Velocity can play at any time. Tran, you must wait until the wildcard game is finished.

Attention Wild-card players: It should not be too hard to schedule seeing as BTS and Brian are usually flexible. Shak may be more difficult because his is in another time zone, so try to confer with him to get a time down.

I have to go with BTS in the wild card game. With three players it seems like more of a GWPS game, and we know how BTS is in the GWPS.

Alright, here's the deal. I don't know how the next month is going to work for me. I am just way too swamped with schoolwork, actual work, finals coming up, etc. I haven't been online a lot recently and it probably will only get less. Right now I don't plan on being on GW very much until after finals are over next month. So, uh, I'll try to check here over the next few days to see if we can get our game in, but otherwise I might have to sit this one out. Sorry everyone and I don't mean to disappoint, but I'm hardly finding time to do work as it is. Good luck to those that made it this far, and I still hope to see Brian and Shak at the wildcard game.

Brian won it. Good game to both of you. I even made a comeback from less than 500 all the way up to the chip lead, but I couldn't keep it. Plus, he beat me when I had pocket 8s and he caught two pair on the turn so I was already pot committed and had to call. Good luck against Tran in the semi finals, Brian.
