action replay is broken

When I turn on my action replay it says pease reset your device to factory setting!!

check the manual it will tell you how to do that. i think i remember how to do it
(A+B+start+select+L+R) id check the manual first. i dont have my action replay duo anymore (this is for the duo right) anyways it was never mine so i gave it back

well it worked for me!! u have to hold the bottons before the screen pops up!!
