Actually, I just took a guess. I have no idea what the game is, and the size of the pic just makes it harder to know.
I also noticed that the name of the character(it says on top left corner) is Jack, so yes, it is not Nemo.

Some of us use that to block the name from appearing in the properties of the pic(I dont, because Im always having problems with it, and posting my own pic would be very hard, because all those kinds of pics, are usually blurry as hell).
