My AR is Broken!

Please help! my AR for my GBA SP is broken!!
I recently bought my AR from play.com, and after I played it a couple of times I now get this weird error "WARNING 1st FAT TABLE FAILED.." and it only gives me one option to press ok and when I do it says "Please Reset to Factory Settings"
My Manual dont say jack on how to do so! can any one please help me out? thanks.:bow:

Action Replays/Gamesharks commonly Break.

Try calling them up. If they can't help you they will offer you to send your broken one in and they will fix it/replace it.

when that 2 screen pops up press R L A B start and select. and when it pops up undo turn the AR on than off:cool2:
