Banned for oversized sig

I have some questions. I will ask as we go along, but this is my original question.

Why should someone get banned for having an oversized sig? Shouldn't taking away sig priveledges be enough, since you can't have an oversized sig anymore?

I had an oversized sig twice, but those warnings with Kat were private, and it was the first day of allowing images. I didn't think they counted, because I didn't know the rules at that time.

They were done on the first day because I didn't know the rules at that time. So she was helping me through private messaging. I didn't know they were real warnings, I thought they were friendly warnings.

Some moderators will be so kind as to notify you that you are getting a warning through PM's. That was probably what Kat was doing...

No, I was asking for a merge through PM, and then she told me about it, and then I changed it to a car that one had a website on it, and she told me to change that, too, and I changed it. I didn't even know the sig I had was oversized.

If you truly want to know, I've warned you three times for spam in Clubs and Clans. I could've banned you a while ago, but decided not to make a fuss.

Having an oversized sig just made you look worse. The ban's based more on your spam than the sig.
