Sorry but everyone knows he was a huge spammer. He has about .001% chance of getting unbanned.

Requesting that a user be unbanned is not nerely enough for them actually to get unbanned. I've never heard of him, but from Chipper's response it seems like he has a reputation for breaking the rules. If he genuinely has a case for being unbanned (which I find highly unlikely) then go ahead and post it. Otherwise, just advise him to make a new account. Unless he is on BoS (in which case he deserves never to come back) he is welcome to make a new account.

He has an IP ban I think. I'm sure he must be on BoS because he used to go on from school.

Listen, saying that you're telling him to read the rules isn't going to help at all. If someone was banned it was for a good reason and an unban from an IP ban rarely ever happens. Simply "requesting" all of these things isn't helping either. What you do here is ask, not "request". Tell your friend that if he wants to start posting here on another computer, to follow the rules or keep getting IP banned.

No, I think he meant that he's friend will come back to Gw as Eddie. I don't think it has anything to do with getting his name changed. But it doesn't matter because he was probally IP banned.

No he means that his friend isn't getting a name change- he's making a new account. So there isn't a problem.

But Retrospect is right- knowing the rules is not enough. He needs to follow them. If he happens to be on BoS then this matter will sort itself out as soon as someone recognises him. If not then he has a chance, but no sympathy will be given simply because he has a friend on here that wants him to come back.

But anyway it's all sorted now so case closed.
