Alot of nudity and perversion. The perversion is mostly from Tachibana during his fight with Akira and later in his fight with Mary Jane.

5. Rurouni Kenshin (never seen an episode of the series, but I watched the Reminiscence OVA and it was amazing)

Honorable Mention: Hellsing.

Worst:
I never watch anime unless a friend tells me its worth watching. I've seen a few episodes of Dragon Ball Z and I don't like it, so I suppose I could put that on this list.

I'm currently watching Berserk. If aren't/haven't seen it, watch it. When I am done with the series, I guarantee it'll be on the Top 5 Best.

Best:
1. Wolf's Rain - really was entertaining and was emotionally gripping to me. Loved the themes.
2. Cowboy Bebop - just a damn good show. Loved the characters.
3. Trigun - same as Wolf's Rain. Also very funny.
4. Escaflowne - great, action-packed story. Stratogos was sick.
5. Rah Xephon - its complexity makes it deliciously intriguing. Beautiful animation, wonderful characters. Great ending as well.

All of the aforementioned have AMAZING music. Especially Bebop and Escaflowne (ironically both scores produced by Yoko Kanno :O_O: )

Samurai Champloo + Gundam Wing are Honorable Mentions.

I really want to check out Noir.

If you liked Cowboy Bebop, then you should watch Trigun and Gungrave, both are awesome gun oriented series like it, only even better IMO.

And if you liked DBZ and YYH then how about trying out one of the current top 3 shonens out there, theres One Piece, Naruto and Bleach, which happens to be my favorite, so I recommend it.

This is what almost everyone says every time I say I don't like Naruto. As shocking as it might be, it's possible for some people to have given Naruto a good and honest try and still think it sucks.

Edit: Of course the second thing they ask is whether I saw the dubbed or subtitled version, as if it makes a difference. They answer is I saw both. Subtitled first, then dubbed.

The last thing I normally hear once they have nothing left is that I have bad taste.

Well, I liked both versions. I'd have to say I find Shippuden more enjoyable so far; even though it's just entered the first filler arc on Shippuden, it's still good so far. I just hope this arc doesn't get as lame as some of the regular Naruto fillers were.

If I may toss in my half penny, Naruto... I hated it. I thought the voices were so annoying. Then, I started watching subbed. It wasn't as annoying, and I occassionaly watched an episode here and there. Shippuden came along, and I became immediatly hooked. The more mature characters are far more enjoyable to watch then Part 1. It still doesn't make my top 5, but if we had top ten, it be number 9... Oh yeah, an update to my list also:
