you were just banned under the name obilivion, for all the spam you spread everywhere. you posted this thread (http://forums.gamewinners.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5238504#post5238504) in the welcome forum proclaiming your intention to follow the rules. then you went on to not only spam in that very thread, you spammed twice in a.l., the second spam was just after i warned you. you clearly have no intention of following the rules at all, if you've even read them, and consequently you waste people's time with your posts. you deserve the warnings.

You have to understand that what constitutes or does not constitute SPAM on this website is not a universal thing. There are general rules, but there are also many factors that need to be taken into account that have to do with the circumstances, such as the member's history and the context. This was a borderline call, but with regards to your history you were almost asking for a warning with that post. You were banned just days ago for making an account that was almost exclusively SPAM. You cannot do something like that and then expect leniency from moderators.

The solution to this is simple. You can take some time to read and understand the rules without breaking them in the process, or you can be banned permanently from the site and never come back.
