Now as nico says,

I am not the subject at hand here and since your post has absolutely nothing to do with the topic at hand, it is SPAM.

right.. Well the topic was about a Editor of cube.ign.com's opinion about the DS. At the end of the post I posted,

One guys opinion on the DS doesnt mean anything.

Now correct me if im wrong but I believe thats 100% having to do with the subject that was at hand.

Im looking for another opinion on this....

Well, your post didn't have to do with the topic. You were just talking about Nico and his apparent take on the DS. The topic was about the editor of ign.cube's opinion on the DS, not Nico's, as he basically said...

And Like I said, and I quote from my post,

One guys opinion on the DS doesnt mean anything.

I knew you were going to bring that up.

Notice, the full paragraph was:

Nico id quit trying to make the DS look bad. You pretty much fail in every attempt. One guys opinion on the DS doesnt mean anything.

Taking the paragraph before that into account, it appears as though you're still talking about Nico.

yes but alot of threads in the CC involve other people and there opinions. Whilst I did state my disagreements with nico, I stayed on topic by including that one guys opinion does not make a difference in the fight between the PSP and the DS.

Ah, I see what you mean. By speaking of Nico's "failed attempt" you were talking about him posting that article, and by saying "One guys opinion on the DS doesnt mean anything" you were speaking of the IGN editor. At first glance it seems like you still meant Nico.

But still, that's the only thing you posted that was related to the subject. One sentence that said what basically everybody else in the thread said, only with much less of an explaination or opinion. The whole post was virtually about Nico...

Why don't you ever bother to read the forum rules before you pathetically attempt to take me on in court? Seriously.. you get your ass handed to you every single time.

1. SPAM - SPAM is an acronym for Stupid Pointless Annoying Message. This means posting topics that aren't directly related to the Console Wars or video games in general.
2. Posts within a thread which stray obtousely from the subject matter are also against SPAM rules. This also includes entire posts which are off topic and contain one or two lines to save the poster from being reprimanded.
Here's your ass, son. Anything else?

When did I miss this thread?

Oh well, it has already been summed up. When people bring cases here from Console Combat they somehow think that quoting one line from an extensive post will suddenly drag the post back on topic. Not so. As Nico pointed out that still counts as an off topic post, mainly because you deliberately created an off topic post and we are not stupid enough to allow you to stick one line at the end to prevent you from breaking the rules. This is very much completely and utterly done with now.
