Hero, his lies, and false harassment.

I have 3 messages from Hero that say I harrassed him for PMing him to join the Crystalis Clan. Nothing else was sent. 4 weeks later, I get 2 PMs saying that I will be banned and go to h#ll you piece of sh*t(No sensors)-This is an example of threatening, harrassment, and flaming. I suggest action to be taken against Hero.(Today I found a message that says "You got no sense".

PMs dont really count as concrete evidence to do anything againsts him. Like said in the other case, if you have a problem with him, just put him on your ignore list and you wont be bothered by him again

In my own defense I would like to say the following.

1. You put words in my mouth.
2. You DONT know anything.
3. I have already had 4 PMs from the idiots in your clan. Also I said if it persisted I will find a way to have you banned.
4. To support the fact that you truly know nothing I would like to say that posting a message in here about me being a meanie dosent mean I'll be banned within 24hrs. as you stated in your latest PM.

Ok to start with it is clearly stated in the rules but people seem intent on trying to use it anyway- Private Messages cannot be used as evidence. Why? Because they can be altered and, as no moderator or admin can access your account, there is no way to prove that they are genuine. So in other words neither of you has any kind of case against the other. Normally I would leave it there, but I need to pick up on some more points:

If you honestly feel threatened then you must believe that he has means to carry out a threat. What is he going to do? Send you more PMs which you can just block? They are not threatening in the slightest. And as for calling them harassment- as a law student I find that just laughable. When he is sending you e mails, sending you text messages, calling your house and following you to work you can start claiming harassment. While he is sending you a handful of harmless PMs which you can ignore it is not even close.

Mu suggestion to you is as follows. Let all member of your clan know that they are not to contact him again asking to join the clan. That will stop him from having any reason to get angry. Then put him on your ignore list or simply do not respond to or read his his PMs.

Also I said if it persisted I will find a way to have you banned.
You seem as equally cocky as him, but again for no good reason. Just like you neither he nor his clan has done anything that will get any of them banned, and you have no way to get them banned unless they actually break the rules.

My advice to you is to ignore any future PMs that you get from him or members of his clan. Even if someone who PMs you turns out to be a member of the clan, clicking the delete button and forgetting about it is not hard. There are plenty of reasons to genuinely get worried or angry in this world- and that aint one of them.

BTW Jamie the point of my saying that he will be banned is this. Hes is a new member (basically) and as I have stated I wanted this to stop. Fear is a powerful weapon. In my case it was a small failure. Though I do suppose I acted a bit childish.

Don't worry I know why you did it. And that's fine when it works. But unfortunately he called your bluff, which escalates the whole situation. In future just rise above it and ignore them.
