Story: Ark Sanchez is an enigma to most street racers. He takes his job as a cop very seriously, until he pulls over a street racer. Most of the time, he lets them off with a warning without bribery, but every once and a while will ticket them. Every time he tickets them, a challenge to race is enclosed in the ticket. His wager is usually very simple in this case: In addition to whatever wager the challenged places, Ark adds the ticket he gave them: loser pays the ticket. Ark is a very nice guy, if not a little bit cocky about his racing ability. When he is on the job, though, he is very straight and cool, and does a fairly seamless job of keeping his off-duty life a secret. Ark Sanchez is responsible for the care of cop car 540, but is only riding in the car every other day. The other days he is in his partner's car, #360.

Story: Pyro was a more loose cop then the bunch. He was good with pistols, and his driving stood out more then the others, while he was more catious about putting the pedal to the metal. When he's on duty, he'll work some hard for his $300 per week. When he's off duty, he'll join races in an attempt to gain some extra cash. He was liked between the cops, and while he may be a hardass off duty, he usually lets first-timers off with a minor bribe. Depending on how many times Pyro has to take it out of his way to catch you, he will eventually come down on you like a hurricane. Nevertheless, he always enjoys a chase, be it on the sparsely-attended and wide-spaced highway or a crowded street. He will never, ever ask for help from other cops, and only on extreme moments will he put down a road block or spikes.

Starting out with what seemed to be an ancient Honda Civic, he easily gained respect on the streets and in the underground. He joined the Mafia easily due to his credibility, and the 'street test' only made it easier. He races not only for the money, but he knows the Underground racers have a lot of information which could lead to his brother, who left to became a famous 'ricer'.

His pants are those that can be zipped on and off at the knees to turn into long pants or shorts. Wears loose-fitting garments overall, but his personality is what is possibly oddest about him. He always takes things in stride, claiming it to have been destiny, and cites Allah, the al-Koran (writing it as "Al-Qur'an", and the Thousand and One Arabian Nights (the "Quitab Alif Laila ua Laila") often out of recreation or when trying to prove that it is destiny, not will, that takes us in the world. Loves to race, but loves to intimidate, show off, and cite religion more than driving. He has a cool head most of the time but his ardent faith and stubborness regarding religion really piss off his friends and partners, most of which don't care at all for what he's saying.

Soon finding the underworld of illegal racing sufficient to his needs of recreation, he placed his ethics somewhat behind him to have fun and bring money to his family on top of his salary. Saifudin's dream is to live peacefully and be respected in both the underworld and the lawful world.
