First of all: Stats Explained
***Note: A car cannot ever go below a 1 in any of these stats, lest the car not run: Top Speed, Acceleration, Maneuverability. A car will not be considered fit for racing if the Stability stat goes below 1. A stat below 1 in Braking means you have none, which is not only suicidal but impractical. A 0 in UHO Quality OR Quantity means you have none, to state the fact. I marked the ones that the car will not run without with an asterisks (*), and the ones not considered fit for racing or street with an exclamation mark (!) for easy reference.
*Top Speed: How fast your car can go. (Buying best parts here will give you 17 + whatever you start with, max 20).
*Acceleration: How fast your car gains speed. Good for recovering from the necessary slowing. (Buying best parts here will give you 24 + whatever you start with, but the max is STILL 20. I.E. Don’t put everything entirely focused on this stat!)
Structure: How well the body of your car can hold together… how much damage the chassis and body can take before ceasing to function. (Buying best parts here will give you 13 + whatever you start with, max 20.)
!Stability: How well the car can take speed. The lower the stability, the less control the car has above a certain speed, which is also determined by stability. (Buying best parts here will give you 20 + whatever you start with, max 20).
*Maneuverability: Basic enough. How well your car can take turns. (Buying best parts here will give you 18 + whatever you start with, max 20).
!Braking: The higher this stat, the quicker your car can slow down when the need arises. (Buying best part here will give you 5 + whatever you start with, max 12.) (note: buying a top-level tire set adds 50% of your brake stat to the brake stat)
UHO Quality: How much of a ‘boost’ you get from UHO, speedwise. (Buying best part here will give you 20.)
UHO Quantity: How much UHO is in your tanks. (Buying best part here will give you 20).
Visual: How good your car looks. The only stat that can go above 20. Only really aids in winning car shows. Bear in mind, multiple crashes will lower this stat. All cars start with a 5 on this stat (before gang modifiers).
***Further note: Unless otherwise stated, a car can only have ONE of each category for the parts, both visual and performance. Buying a new part automatically replaces the old one. Effects do not stack.
