Warning me AND forum blocking for something not against the TOS or forum RULES? You cant just go making up **** just because you dont like the person. I request to be UNBLOCKED from that forum, i didnt break ANY rules in there. After all, its MY thread i put back on track, not them. When i come back this **** better be fixed.

And before i forget, my claim as to why him and the other mods there dont like me: Because before i started posting more frequently on there, that whole forum had a anti-nintendo agenda going on til i came along and changed things around. I OWNED the hell out of Nicodemus too for posting false info, he wont admit to it but i know he was pissed. :chuckle:
So to sum it up: I got forum blocked / warned because he doesnt like me, those arent grounds at all to warn somebody and forum block them. I dont see anywhere in the rules or TOS stating "You'll get forum blocked for responding to a post a big bad mod said not to respond to".

Aggressive bluster sure isn't going to help your case.
I thought you'd been banned ages ago. Must have been an administrative slipup.
Purely my error sir, apologies. *curtsies*
DN... I was just going to ban you from my court for being disruptive (stupid), having a poor attitude, and generally disrespecting the people who post in here. But now I see you've made my job much easier. Bye, bye now. ::byewhore::
For the record, 'twas not Nico nor SK (nor any other CC mod) that blocked you from that forum, it was me. I saw your little outburst and logged a warning at the same time as Nico warned you and then offered to block you from the forum. In other words, he didn't even need to ask. Just a little tip here... read the fine print before you go playing a game of loopholes with "the letter of the law." Not that, that would've helped you any. I've always erred on the side of the spirit, never the letter.
Also for the record... there is not going to be any "make another account and you're welcome to return" here. I will ban you till the end of time. You're not welcome back, ever. Goodbye, so long, good riddance.

Can I just ask a question? Is Zero Tolerence supposed to refer to the amount of warnings you get before you go, or the amount of leeway you get on forum rules, or can it mean either?

A little of both.

each forum decideds their own ZT rules. it can be one warning and your out or no warnings or even 12 (even though that wouldn't be ZT then)

Nicodemus is out of control these days... He told me that there's no God and that South Park is the one I should worship... Wierd!!!! Someone has to take him out sometime and show him the way... If only I knew why he's a psychopath... Hey, how does that ISP TOS notify work?? Can't they refuse to accept and sue GW for disobeying the law and restrictions. Isn't there a law saying that no website has the power to prevent you from showing up or something similiar to that! You are free(within the USA!) He could make another account under Yahoo, or something like that. Plus there is no way that the ISP would do that, B/C customers come first not websites. Can U tell I am kinda clueless about laws.

Look, your also out of control. He has the right to speak his opinions, even if their harsh. If your clueless about the law, leave. Bumping old threads is against the rules. Try reading the rules before completely posting a garbage message.

Do what I did, Put him on your Ignore list... He's one fuc(ed up person... Beat his A$$ into the ground and give him a Righetous and Harmonious Fists. Dark ninja has a lot of options to get him back in. He could just do what you said, and make a Yahoo account, or he could request a counter ISP TOS notify which defeates the other ISP TOS which puts a stress load on the site 'cause they have to deal with someone's Anti-ISP TOS notify. He could just leave, too. Or he could cause a financial burden on GW and sue them for their ISP TOS notify(Be warned that the ISP provider will back the customer.) I recommend that Mods be stripped of power to ISP TOS notify. Leave that up to the Administrator. Super Mods I guess could have the power, too.

Firstly, Nicodemus is a great moderator. He does his job, and if you got warned/banned for acting like an idiot, that's your fault, not his.
Moderators do not have the option to ISP TOS. They make a request and that's as far as it goes. Technically, a mod cannot even ban a person.

Perhaps Maj or Jamie could help me out with this... I'm only semi-familiar with the unwritten policy, so perhaps Maj is the one who would know (seeing that Jamie has been a mod for less time than I, and possibly has less knowledge of the policy).
Isn't it an immediately bannable offense to respond to your own multi-account in the same thread?
Crystalismanic and coastercraze are the same person.

I seem to remember something along those lines being mentioned, yes. Worth checking out.
But apart from that this thread is thoroughly closed.
