To get the absolute best help when you request codes for a game, specify:

1. The name of the console/handheld

2. The name of the game

3. The type of cheat device you are using

4. What version your cheat device is

5. What not to do in this forum

-----------------------------------------------
Before you request any codes, be sure to check your cheat device's official code website

List of Official Cheat Code websites:

Gameshark (http://www.gameshark.com/) - Official Gameshark website

CodeJunkies US (http://us.codejunkies.com/home.asp?c=US&cr=USD&cs=$&r=0&l=1) - Official US Action Replay website

CodeJunkies UK (http://uk.codejunkies.com/home.asp?c=GB&cr=GBP&cs=%A3&r=1&l=1) - Official European Action Replay website

GMGSCCC (http://www.cmgsccc.com/) - Official Codebreaker website

-----------------------------------------------
If you request something and no one seems to answer, then there is a chance that the codes you requested does not exist (or at least not yet found). In that case, please don't double or triple post saying "Is anybody there?"

If it's a game that came out recently, there is a chance that there are no codes/barely any codes for it yet. So be patient.

If you request codes for a new game for use of an older version cheat device (for example: Spiderman 2 for Action Replay V2)... Chances are, they don't exist or no one will take the time to make codes for them. So if you see alot of newer games that only support a much newer version of a cheat device and you want the codes really bad, it may be time to buy a new cheat device.

-----------------------------------------------
WHAT NOT TO REQUEST CODES FOR

Online Games - If anyone requests codes for any online game, I will warn them. End of story

Why? Cause that may lead to an unfair advantage in some online games, especially multiplayer online games.

This Forum is not for Game Tips or Help!

Lately there have been a few questions asking about what happens if you beat a certain game or information about a game. This is not the forum for it. If you do not see your game in the Game Help and Discussion (http://forums.gamewinners.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=13) list, You can find information and help on your game here (http://forums.gamewinners.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=811).

Do not make Threads saying "I know this code, want it?"

sparks and I have seen our fair share of threads like this. We would like to ask you not to make any threads like this. If you see someone asking for the code you have, you can tell them. Otherwise, please just wait and keep it for yourself. Thank you. :)

If you need help, Make your own thread!

I myself, have seen a fair share of these. This is called Thread Hijacking. We would like for you to make your own threads because the person who made their own thread would like help. If you ask for codes in their thread, it reduces the chance of them getting the help they seek. If you make your own thread, we here in this forum will be glad to help you in due time. :)

If you have any questions, PM me. But please don't PM or email me requesting codes, cause then I won't answer them :P

Otherwise..... Enjoy!
