Just a question though, can someone explain why Im the only new mod who doesn't have their name in red

You have to make it red yourself, FD

Go to User CP.... on the left, click on Group Memberships. At the bottom where it says something like "Show me as".... click on "Show me as this group" in the Moderators row.... then submit and you should have your name in red.

...oops. I kept looking in my options and profile. I thought it might be somewhere around where the CT setting is. I guess I should have that of that...
