Welcome to the 2004 best RPer of the year awards.since this is the first to my knowledge, this will be for the best RPer of sofar.RPs are a big part of the gamewinners forum, and there are many great RPers.The person who is chosen best will not recive anything but the bragging wrights and the honor of being known as the best.
Nomination______________
To be entered to be the best RPer, you must be nominated by somone, then seconded a minimum of 1 times.There will be 25 nominees, or if there are enough nominations,50.
Voting__________________
After all the nominees have been chosen, there will be an elimination round where voters will chose who they prefer not to get the award.The top 10 or 25 will be eliminated.Then will be the final votes.Vote on the person who you think is the best at RPs.The final voting will be at a set number of days that will be recorded on the calander.The votes will be counted, then the top 3 will be recognized.If during the elimination round, there are to many arguements, then a thread will be made in the thunderdome.then please take all arguements there.
Rules____________________
1-You may NOT nominate yourself.If you try then you will be eliminated from nomination even if other people nominate you later.
2-You may not second yourself.If you try your name will be taken off the list of posible nominee and will require another nomination and 4 seconds, all by other people than who have nominated, or second you before.
3-You may NOT vote for yourself.If you try then you will be eliminated.
4-You may NOT SPAM.If you try then you will have the same consequences as #2 before voting starts and the same consequences as #3 after.Multiple SPAM posts will grant emediate elimination.
5-You may NOT flame other members.As I said before there will be a thread in the thunderdome for fights.I will put a link to it if you can't find it.Flaming will result in emediate elimination and a report to the mods
6-You may NOT nominate or second more than once.If you try your post will be rejected and none of the people who you have nominated/second will be listed.You may however, nominate one person, then second another,
7-You may NOT vote more than once.If you try in a single post neither votes will count.If you vote once then vote again then the first vote will ALWAYS count.This includes if you change your mind.ALL of the votes must be final.
8-You MUST obey the rules listed.If you purposely find loop holes just to have your way all of your nominations,seconds,and votes,will be deleted and you will be eliminated.Also,obey any and all forum rules that I have not listed.
9-ALL questions must be PMed to me or my suporters.As of the time being I will not punish the breaking of this rule,but if this is broken to much then I will start to punish lightly.I have gone from asking not to, to telling not to.
