How to Play
Simple as it is. Select four (4) numbers, which we call a group. The numbers will have to be between zero (0) and nine (9). Refer to Example A, if necessary. The four numbers can be the same as another, different, or in any order desired. Or if you want, you can select the same numbers as another persons. However, doing so will result in a sudden death round or a break even prize if players with the same numbers are to win. Make sure you put the numbers in the same format shown in the examples. You must also put your name beside the numbers, for them to be counted in the drawing.
Example A
User - 4.4.9.0
User - 1.2.3.4
User - 8.8.8.8
After you've selected your desired numbers, also post whether you are playing one of the following modes for each group of numbers you have. Refer to Example B to see how to write the modes.
BOX - signifies that if this group of numbers contains all numbers matching all winning numbers in any order, you win.
STR (STRAIGHT) - same meaning as BOX, except your numbers must be in the same order as are the winning numbers in order to win.
NEU (NEUTRAL) - a combination of both BOX and STR. If you win with the numbers not in order with the winning numbers, you win as if you played the BOX mode. If you win with the numbers in same order with the winning numbers, you win as if you played the STR mode. However, if you win playing the NEU mode, you will only get 85% of the jackpot if the jackpot is your choice of prize.

The "X" represents your selected numbers.
Forgot to post your modes? No problem. I'll automatically count your numbers in, as BOX mode. However, if you forgot to post your modes frequently or intentionally, your numbers will not be counted in.
How to Win
There's no special way to win at any game, unless cheats can be inputted. You can always refer to the Tips and Advises section to see if you can benefit from it.
To win, you must get all four numbers matching the winning numbers.
Winning numbers are selected either at random or by the use of a deck of poker cards. The cards Ace through 9 and Queens are used (Queen representing the number zero). The deck will be shuffled. Two cards from the top and two from the bottom will be the winning numbers. The top two are the first two numbers.
When the results are posted, locate your name on the result list. The numbers that are bold are numbers matching the winning numbers. If you see a "*" next to your name, go all the way to the bottom of the list and you'll find a note. Read what it says. Personal notes will have more than one "*", i.e. "**" "***" etc.
If you posted the same groups of numbers multiple time and they're all the winning numbers, you will only win the jackpot as is. The jackpot will not multiply according to how many groups of winning numbers you posted.
Prizes
Listed below are all the prizes GWLG current offers to winners. If you win, you may only select the prize you are eligible to select. If you win playing BOX, you can only select BOX prizes. You will see the terms BOX and STR next to the listed prizes to tell which mode are they for. STR has the more better prizes.
If a winner selects the jackpot as a prize, the jackpot will then go back to 50 of 1500 which is the standard. If no one selects the jackpot as a prize, it'll go to waste. If there are no winners once the jackpot hits the 1500 limit, it'll carry over to the next rounds' jackpot. If that happens, the 50 will not be added to the jackpot that is carried over regardless even if it's less than 50.
Jackpot - BOX/STR - this is the main prize. Consist of how many posts you will get if selected as your prize. Each playing member who posts (must contain a group of number or more) is one post added to the jackpot. Do note that if you won playing NEU, 15% of the jackpot will be deducted if the jackpot is your selected prize.
Jackpot x2 - STR - If you win under the STR mode and have selected the jackpot as your prize, the jackpot will be doubled. If you win under the NEU mode, 30% will be deducted from the doubled jackpot.
Custom Title of Your Choice - BOX/STR - offered to those who do not have the custom title option enabled.
Removed after discussion with admins - Rep. Points added to Your Account - BOX/STR/NEU
Jackpot X 100 = amount of rep. you get added to your account
Example
1500 X 100 = 150,000 rep. points
The last four previous prizes has been taken off the list as they can be acquired without having to win the lottery game. More prizes will be added in the future.
About the jackpot 15%-30% deduction for NEU players, the amount deducted will go towards increasing the jackpot limit. For every 100 post collected from the deductions is 5 added to the jackpot limit.
Rules & Regulations
1. Always follow the general rules of GameWinners. It's still enforced in here as well!
2. Keep unnecessary posts out of the GWLG thread or at a low minimum.
3. Do NOT attempt to commit a fraudulant action! Such as like I win when you didn't, etc.

Miscellaneous - Closures
The GWLG may need to be closed on occasions such as Christmas or The New Year. Also, if none of the staff are active, it may be temporarily closed. If this happens, there will probably be a date for service to be returned to normal. Otherwise, don't pester the staff whilst they're away, because we obviously won't get any messages.
Miscellaneous - Late Results
Due to the amount of complaints, I (VolantKnave), edited this to say that no one is perfect (as has been stated again and again... and again...). The draw date posted is an approximation of when the numbers will be drawn. More often or not, this date will not be abided by - we will usually end up posting later. However, if there are a lot of people who have posted, then we will consider drawing earlier. Please do not quibble over the draw date - we cannot predict the future.
Being that there are quite a few of us, I think that the only time GWLG may be closed is over Christmas/New Year, but this is not certain. It depends on circumstances.
Miscellaneous - Changes
From time to time, changes will occur with GWLG. New features added, different style of result posting, etc. So, these changes may occur without notice.
Miscellaneous - Absent Host
In the event of an absent host, then other GWLG staff will take on the roll of host and draw the numbers. If there isn't anyone here, please inform one of the moderators that knows what they're doing with GWLG to close the thread temporarily. It will be reopened when the staff get back...
Miscellaneous - Increase The Traffic
Increase the amount of members who come here. Advertise in your sig and you'll be allowed more sets of numbers (see SAP below). Remember, the more members we get here, the more posts that are available for winning. Get more people!!!!

Miscellaneous - Multiple Wins/ Winning More Than Once
Those who win can win again. There's no rule saying that if you win, you can't win again. So, yes, winners of GWLG can win again. Doesn't matter if you've won a quintillion times before, you can always still be eligible to win.
Miscellaneous - Your Number Not Listed in the Results?
It's likely that you didn't or forgot to post your numbers for the round. When you're posting your numbers, note what round you're posting it for. I go through each posted numbers and each post one by one, so that is not likely to be a reason.
If you think I forgot to post your numbers in the result, you can check to see if you posted or not by going through the thread yourself. Usually the last round threads would be lingering in the 1st or 2nd page of FOG.
If I did forget to post your numbers, but you didn't win, don't worry about it. Just tell that you did posted and so that I can add to the jackpot (1 per post w/one group of numbers).
Miscellaneous - Investigation Necessity
Investigations into things (if they're ever needed) will be conducted at the discretion of the staff. However, no one has attempted to do anything bad with the game, lets keep it that way.
Miscellaneous - Lend a Helping Hand
If you think someone has a mistake in their signature or posted with an error or something, don't hesitate to help. Even though you may not be a GWLG assistant, you can help anyone. Just don't get carried away, because the assistants have to do something, you know?

At this time, GWLG is not a gambling game. No gambling is suggested!
If there are any kinds of gambling about GWLG but not involving GWLG itself, GWLG cannot and will not be held responsible for any actions those involved with the gambling whether it's here in GWLG, GW, or elsewhere.
Rigging The Game
Quite suprisingly, no one has ask me to rigged the game so that they can win. Before a situation like that happens, I'm creating this section for it.
I cannot and will not rig the game in favor of anyone. To me, if the game is rigged, it's a bannable offence (this has been added to the announcement in the FOG rules). So, any assistants who rigs the game will simply be gone like the weeds on my lawn after I put down weed killers.
Cheating is also prohibited, but there's no way to cheat unless I tell someone the winning numbers ahead of time before posting the results. That'll never happen.
Winning Tips & Advice
1.Use the same numbers, but switch them around if you play STR or NEU mode.
2. Play the same numbers you've always played before.
3. Sometimes you encounter numbers. Use those numbers here.
4. Use numbers that have meanning (s); birthdate, anniversary, etc.
5. Fortune cookies often have lucky numbers on the paper slips.
6. Use the numbers that gave you luck elsewhere or here before

Below are all GWLG associate positions that may or may not be opened at the time. This section will describe the role and job (s) of all GWLG associate positions.

THIS LIST MAY DISAPPEAR SEEING HOW AS ALL THE STAFF NEED TO BE SORTED INTO NEW GROUPS!
GWLG Executive Host: This person has total control of GWLG. The Ex. Host can modify GWLG in any way, including shutting it down, without any consent. The Ex. Host is to keep GWLG running.
GWLG Co-Host: They have almost as much authority as the Host. Co-Host are to assist the Ex. Host in any situation possible. Also, the Co-Hosts are to keep GWLG running if the Ex. Host is to be absent. Co-Hosts can also take control of the lower GWLG positions as well. Qualifications include knowing how to post the results (primarily) and know how GWLG is run.
GWLG Private Message Senders: PMS's are to send private messages to the listed names when given. The number of private messages to send can be a rather large number, and will be evenly split among other PMS's. Qualifications include knowing how to send multiple private messages, able to send "a box" of private messages, and how to send private messages individually.
GWLG Signature Checker: GWLGSC's are to check the GWLG advertisement or GWLG ad banners in a person's signature. They can inform the member of any flaws, if necessary. Also, inform the member how many groups of numbers he/she can post up to. Qualifications include knowing how to check signatures by comparing it to the signature limit (10 reg or 13 small), how to send a private message, and possibly know how to modify a signature if an error appears.
