Hey everyone. Have your ever had those duels where a certain play happens and then there is the argument about who's right and wrong? I'm sure you have. Wouldn't it be nice to have access to the card ruling nice and fast? I'm sure you would. Well, there is something out there, that does just that.

It's the Yu-Gi-Oh!Tournament Card Ruling pdg file! (opens with adobe) :D

Now you can check rulings lickety split instead of waiting a long time to ask someone the ruling. Besides, your friend saying your right doesn't exactly make the authoratative source your oppenent might give in to. So now bust out your official ruling and shut them up, and win that duel without the other person having doubts about the ruling.

Many people already enjoy this great file. So now you want it right? But where to get it? It can be found in lots of places. But being the nice person that I am, I am giving you a link at absolutely no effort on your part.

Here (http://members.rogers.com/cardshop/tourneyrules.pdf ) is the online version (don't have to download) of the UDE tournament card ruling.

Go down the page and download "yugioh tournament card ruling" and become the authority :D

Also for more quick rulings check out this, link (http://www.stormpages.com/edhrzic/Yugiexp.htm ) which takes you to Edo's Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters page, which as some of the people here allready know, has a lot of good card rulings along with expert rules about the game.

This (http://pub209.ezboard.com/fpojosezboardfrm89.showMessage?topicID=10028.topic ) link will take you to Early release of a few rulings posted by an OFFICIAL UDE Demo Team member concerning PGD.

GOD CARD RULES
Things to remeber before reading this statement:

1. Yes, I agreee very much with those who have said this earlier. The show manipulates the rules of cards. For example Magic Cylinder in the show requires a Spellcaster monster to use and it destroys the monster, not the opponents life points.

2. Edo's style of gods is Edo's style of all Duel Monster cards. Your call.

3. If all else fails, USE YOUR BRAIN! I mean think about it, its not that hard. When playing Yu-gi-oh! you have to actually think about whats happening. Like just think about it, Blast with Chains effect would not destroy a god. last time i checked a God can't be killed by a few sticks of Dynamite. Neither can it be eaten by a teeny tiny Man eater bug.

4. Dont be so uptight, its just a game after all and its supposed to be fun. You can whine and throw tantrums about rules when your mind is gonna get sent to the Shadow Realm if you loose.

God card rules:
-All 3 gods require a tribute of 3 monsters from the field
-god cards cannot be effected by magic, trap or monster effects that effect MONSTERS while on the field. PERIOD. So Waboku and Magic Cylinder can still be implemented.
-God cards can be reborn using revival magic trap or monster effects, but for only one turn.
-In order to ensure a fair game, those using Egyptian God cards in their decks MUST equip all their cards with protective sleeves in order to cover the altered backs of the god cards. If you do not use card sleeves you and your opponent MAY NOT, look at your deck AT ALL while shuffling it. If you demand secrecy of the cards you can just put the deck in a card box or something. Be creative.
- Gods can be sacrificed to summon another monster.

Slifer (Osiris)
-attack/defense depends on number of cards in hand; let X = number of cards in hand (6 cards = X=6 and there for attack/defense = 6000)
-any monster summoned in any face up position on your opponents side of the field is reduced by 2000 (ex: a monster summoned with an attack of 2600 has its attack reduced to 600). If the monster’s mode is less then 2000 it is destroyed. If revive Slifer's attack/defense are equal to number of cards in users hand (therefore if your opponent reborns it, it a/d is equal to the number of cards in his/her cards)

Obelisk
-Only effect, sacrifice two monsters on your side of the field (not counting the monsters used to summon this god) to destroy all monsters on your opponents side of the field and deal him/her 4000 life points of damage. Obelisk is free to attack on the turn this effect is implemented. Monsters used for a tribute summon or used for tributes due to other card effects are excluded.

Ra
-Attack/ Defense are equal to sum of attack/defense of monsters used to summon it (Let X sum of a attack: monster with attack of 1800 + monster with attack of 1000 + monster with attack of 2000 = X=4800)
-Tribute life points by 1000 in order to destroy ANY monster on your opponents side of the field
-Reduce your life points to 1 in order to increase attack and defense by your previous life points minus 1 (Ex: 4000 life points, effect used, life points reduced to 1, attack and defense boosted by 3999)
-This effect may be used by your opponent, when this monster is summoned you may challenge the user to recite the “Chant of Ra” if the user cannot recite the chant, the monster remains of the field but is removed from play. If you can correctly speak the chant, this monster appears on your side of the field with the normal (sum acquired) attack and defense (*OPTIONAL* But hey, lets face it, its fun to chant )
- If revived, Ra's attack and Defense equal 0.

General Statements:
-God cards are not invincible
-If god cards are restricted from a duel you must also restrict all cards on the official restricted/ banned list
-Gods are not unfair or unbeatable in anyway, shape or form. All three of the gods have their weaknesses and its up to the duelist to figure out how to beat them. Aside from that there are many other monsters that can easily rival the average power of the gods. Finally, assembling the 3-monster sacrifice, especially when dealing with special summoning circumstances (such as Ra and Osiris) can be very difficult, therefore it can only be fair to expect the resulting monster is quite powerful.
-Obelisk is NOT a ritual monster. Those who think that are obviously have no idea what they are talking about. Obelisk’s card is colored a darker blue then the color of ritual cards.
-Those who use god cards are expected to remember and follow these rules.

The following are some cards that you must FEAR when using god cards:
- Magic Cylinder: Ugh, the end all, pain in the ass. Yes it can be used because it doesnt strike the god card and since it effects the god's attack not the god itself. It really sucks, but hey just be careful, its like dealing with a bomb or something lol.
- United We Stand: Yep another card that can blow away gods, but hey this one is kinda cool in its attitude. Using this card even a low level monster can easily blow past a gods average of 4000 or 5000 attack. Especially if played with a card such as Scapegoat.
- Wave Motion Cannon: well this is a pain even if your not using gods, but hey like i said before, if your gonna wield such incredible power, at least be ready to disbale magic and trap cards.

Well thats it, chill out, and have fun!

For those that don't know the "Chant of Ra" here is the version that comes from the Anime.
"Oh mighty protector of the sun and sky
I beg of thee please heed my cry
Transform thyself from orb of light
And bring be victory in this fight
I beseach thee grace our humble game
But first I shall call out thy name
Winged Dragon Of Ra!!!!!!!!!"
Can you control Ra or will Ra control you?

Take a look at the above -This effect may be used by your opponent, when this monster is summoned you may challenge the user to recite the “Chant of Ra” if the user cannot recite the chant, the monster remains of the field but is removed from play. If you can correctly speak the chant, this monster appears on your side of the field with the normal (sum acquired) attack and defense (*OPTIONAL* But hey, lets face it, its fun to chant )
