Someone please sticky this so it stays up until everyone understands it better
The ref (reference) rule is simple, whoever has more refs sends second, for example:
I want to trade with sigma (let's pretend me and him have never traded) he has more refs then me, then I would send first, and when he recieved my cards he would send. I know a few people go on toywiz so they know what I'm talking about, but a lot of people don't so they need to know the rule.
ALSO DON'T THINK I JUST MADE UP THIS RULE CAUSE I HAVE A LOTTA REFS BECAUSE EVERY WEBSITE THAT HAS TRADING USES IT!
