The Triforce Guardians
Welcome to the Triforce Guardians, the last surviving Legend of Zelda Clan from 2003 and earlier... We carry that title with pride around here.
We have survived spurts of inactivity, Zero Tolerance crackdowns, missing figureheads, attacks from other clans... Name it, we've seen it. And how have we lasted, while others have fallen into disarray? It's simple- We are patient, yet firm. We don't allow ourselves to fail, therefore, we do not fail.
Here, writing skill is essential. It it second to none, even loyalty. If you cannot write, or have no potential to be a good writer, read no more, and close the browser window: We have absolutely no use for you, and no wish to know you.
Upon joining, a few things must be filled out, so we may assess your skills as a writer.
First of which, is a biography for your RP character...

Well Neil, I fixed this up. I hope you like the small changes...
And to the rest of you *waves to everyone*, this was just a weird and random idea I had one night while stalking this place, and I felt like writing it. (most of it at 3am, lol) My first rp in quite a while, so yeah... enjoy. Hopefully it makes some sense, and we can work with it somehow. >_>

Black...
Darkness...
Silence...
Sakura's eyes fluttered open. Her vision returned to her shortly, and what surrounded her was a pitch black land of emptiness, and endlessness. She listened. Nothing. She turned her head left. Nothing. And then she turned it to the right. Nothing. She looked behind her, and gazed out in front of her. Nothing still...
'Am I dead..?' thought the young Kokori. She felt her body, and gave her arm a pinch. Everything seemed normal...
'What is this place..?' she asked herself, hugging her body as a cold gust of wind enveloped her for a moment before passing into the darkness.
"Hello," she cried, looking around her.
"Is anyone here," she shouted again, listening for a reply.
And she waited...
And waited...
And still nothing.
'I must be dead... Did... did I fail? ...Is this hell? Surely this can't be paradise... This is nothing like the Great Deku Tree described...'
Her eyes wandered about, and her body began to tremble slightly. Her heart began to beat wildly about her chest and her breathing intensified. Sakura hadn't known what fear had felt like in such a long time, but she was sure that this is what was stirring inside of her.
'I can feel my body... So, does that mean I'm not dead? ...Then... is this a dream? Am I... am I unconcious? Asleep? What... What's going on?! Where am I?!'
Another gust of icy cold wind blew past the Kokori, causing her to shiver.
She called out into the abyss once more. She didn't know who she was calling, but she cried out many names. Her body continued to tremble as she once more heard nothing but the sound of her own breathing. She dropped to the ground, bringing her knees to her chest and hugging them tightly.
"Where the hell am I? How... how did I get here? Did Gano do this..?"
A million questions flooded the mind of the hardened warrior. Never since the fire that destroyed her forested home all those years ago did Sakura feel such fear and helplessness. Her magic wouldn't help her here. And what would her weapons do, aside from making sounds in the dark?
"Dammit... what is this..," She said, threatening to shed tears. She wiped her face and looked up into the black nothing, unable to hide her growing emotions.
"...Oh, Great Deku Tree... What do I do? Am I being punished for my failures? Will I be made to suffer, and lose my sanity in this eternal abyss for all of time? Is it because I've disappointed you, and my comrades?"
"You aren't dead, Sakura, Guardian of the Forest."
Sakura nearly fell flat on her face at the sound of something other than herself. In an instant, she jumped to her feet, drew her Twin Kokori Blades from their sheeths, and readied them--the fear in her eyes still very much there.
"Put those away...my friend."
The girl's eyes widened at the statement of this voice. Still, she refused to lower her guard.
"Who are you? Show yourself," she said, gripping her blades more tightly in her hands.
As if on cue, the black space in front of Sakura became distorted. It spun around and around like a vortex, and suddenly a grey cloud emerged, which then began to form into some sort of an apparition.
Sakura gasped as this ghostly figure fully materialized before her.
Soon... spirit and warrior were staring into the eyes of the other, and the Kokori gasped again in recognition of this ghost before her.
"Blade..," Sakura said with awe.
"It is I..."
"I can't believe it... I thought you were..."
"I am. I still am."
"But then... how am I?"
"As I said Sakura, you are not dead. You've merely slipped into the subconcious..."
Sakura gasped once more.
"What? I'm unconscious?"
Blade nodded.
"Yes. But the cause of your collapse was not due to an enemy. You drained your own power during these battles against the Hylians, and their lord, Gano. You drained it to help your allies, and defeat his militia. It took quite a while for you to wear yourself out. ...You're a strong one, Kokori."
He paused for a moment.
"Only a weak aura of your own power surrounding your body protects you on the outside, now. Well, that, and your comrades. But their numbers are dropping quickly, I'm afraid..."
Sakura lowered her weapons, finally putting them away. Looking into the white, ghastly eyes of Blade, she swallowed and thought carefully of her words--her hands not leaving her sides for fear of a trick or illusion of some kind. Her instincts had never let her down before, and so she kept them fine tuned to this entity before her.
"...So, I'm inside my own mind, then..? And you... How are you in here with me? And for what purpose?"
"You ask too much. But I suppose it can't be helped. I did not expect to be here, myself."
Sakura blinked in confusion.
"I believe it is because you and I are both warriors of light--the Guardians of the Triforce--that we are able to mind link... Even from beyond the grave, it seems."
The Kokori's expression grew even more puzzled.
"It is all strange to me as well. Do not worry yourself."
The Kokori nodded warily, not sure what to make of what was going on.
"This being that you fight... This... Gano. He has died. But his ghost is still very much present in the world of the living... seeking out the Triforce of Power, and is using these Hylian soldiers in the process. They are nothing but a shell of their former selves. A soul-less army of ants whom obey at the smallest whim of their undead master..."
"They're pawns..," Sakura said, narrowing her eyes and grimacing.
Blade nodded again.
"Exactly."
"And they're..."
"Zombies..."
Sakura continued to stare blankely into the translucent eyes of the apparition. She tried of think of anything to say, but ultimately, came up short.
"You cannot win, Sakura... This war you all fight is pointless..."
"No..," Sakura gasped, horrified. Blade looked on, stoic as always.
"Gano must be defeated with the strength of the elements, and the power of the whole Triforce... Upon my death did I finally learn this for myself... For what reason it was told unto me, I'll never know... But now, I pass this onto you..."
Sakura gritted her teeth, the fear in her eyes leaving for the time being, filling instead with anger and desperation.
"What good does this do me?! I'm... I'm not dead, but I'm not moving, either! How..."
Blade began to vanish...
"Blade! Wait! Please!"
"...Collect the other elements, Sakura... even those from the fallen... Even from myself..."
"Blade," Sakura shouted once again.
"...I know nothing more... I'm sorry..."
The air grew distorted once more, and the figure returned to a cloud like state.
"Perhaps... we will see one another again... In another life."
"Blaaaaaade!!"
"...Live...Forest Guardian..."
Soon, the air returned to whatever normalcy it was before, but just as it did, a pure white mist started to form, shutting out the blackness that once engulfed the warrior.
"What is--"
Sakura blacked out.
------------------------------
A few minutes passed...
Sakura's eyes opened and closed slowly... blurred vision distorted all around her...
Distant cries of battle echoed through the wind, which also carried sand that battered her face and flew into her eyes. Tears flushed out what it could, and when that wasn't enough, Sakura slowly and agonizingly moved an arm to her head to cover her head, shielding it from further exposure to the tiny granules.
'...Elements...'
'...Gano...'
"Blade..." Sakura mumbled with a labored whisper as she lay flat on her stomach, with her face turned sideways to the left. She spit a mouthful of the grainy substance out, and groaned a few times.
"Blade," she said again, placing her hands on the ground and using them to get to her knees.
Wiping further sand from her eyes, she finally opened them as fully as she could, allowing them to adjust to the light before investigating her surroundings.
Dunes and ripples of sand as far as she could look, visible heat rising from the ground, and a scorching hot sun. She sighed, realizing where she was.
"The desert... How did I..."
Looking all around her, she spotted the corpses of hundreds of men and women... The lifeless bodies of Hylian and Gerudo littered the barren wasteland as far as the eye could see.
And then that all too familiar smell hit her nose like a ton of bricks. The stench of death and decay. These corpses were rotting and sunburned as red as burnt flesh could possibly get. Sunburn had not taken long to set in, being stuck in the middle of the desert, Sakura assumed. And, she assumed that it was only due to her magic that she had not been burnt to a crisp as the fallen had.
'There's two things for certain,' Sakura thought, looking around. 'The inhabitants here won't have to worry about food for the rest of their lives. ...And if what Blade said is true, these poor Hylian will rise again soon...'
The Forest Guardian stared out into the endless stretch of desert, trying to replay the event that just took place inside of her mind.
'Blade said I had been fighting the Hylians with the others... I must've been considered among the dead and left to rot..,' she thought, disheartened, and disappointed.
'How long have I been here..?'
A sudden pang of impending danger hit the Kokori's mind faster than lightning, and she immediately looked to the direction her instinct was telling her to go.
"Ayame..."
Something was definitely not right. Not only did Sakura sense her comrade, but there were more. ...They surrounded Ayame... One in particular, Sakura figured, was their leader. What she couldn't tell, is what was happening. She just knew she didn't like the feeling it gave her. She had to move.
The Kokori planted her hands to the ground and began to chant in the ancient language of the Deku, using any remaining strength she possessed. She figured she must have recovered some amount of power, if she was still alive and on her knees.
A few minutes later, and slowly but surely, a small surge of green light pulsed throughout her body, filling her with a minor touch of life energy. It wasn't much, but it was enough to to get her to her feet, and at least with stability.
"Alright... this should do it. For now, at least."
The war raged on ahead of her, as did her allies... and Gano's ghost...
"Ayame... Meathos... I'm coming... I will not die here..."
Sakura turned to the direction of the field she saw earlier, hearing the cries of war from beyond the desert. She ran as fast as her small frame, and her feet would carry her in her weakened state. With each step, her determination and her will returned to her... hopefully, her strength would as well, in some amount.
'Great Deku... Lady Saria... keep me safe...'
The medallion around her neck gave off a faint glow...
-----------------------
She ran and she ran, seeing nothing but the vast desert all around her, and stray pockets of ally and enemy locked in combat. As she continued, she began to spot strips and shards of metal.
'The remnants of the Stucka... So, they're still around? I must be getting close to this disturbance then. I can feel it...'
For a half hour it seemed, Sakura trudged on through desert, finally exiting it and arriving on the open field. As she did in the desert, she occasionally searched a fallen hylian or Gerudo for water. Some bottles she had found were empty, or full of sand, like usual. Others were too tainted to use. Also common. Still, she got lucky on a few, and used those to drink, and to fill her own flask.
As she was drinking the much needed liquid, she checked her Great Deku Tunic. Its protection was growing weaker.
"I haven't much time... I must get to the others as quickly as I can!"
She scanned the horizon, finally catching what looked to be an altercation of some sort in the distance.
"This has to be what I was sensing earlier!"
Finishing the last of the water in her flask, she capped it and returned it to her pouch. With weapons in hand, the warrior made her way as fast as she could to the source of the disturbance, and hopefully, to Ayame and the others.
Sakura made it to her destination moments later, just in time to witness Ayame under attack by a small horde of Hylian soldiers, most of which had already been dispatched. Another more ominous looking armored figure barely stood on his own two feet, and was off to the side. After Ayame finished off the last of the soldiers, she and this other presence began conversing. The young kokori detected a hint of fear emitting from this other person.
And then, to the shock of both her and Ayame, he charged towards the Spirit Guardian again, temporarily catching her off guard. The armored man was about to strike, when, like lightning, Sakura chucked her Kokori Boomerang towards him, knocking away his sword, and sending him skidding onto his back. The blade flew through the air, spinning wildly, before coming to rest on the ground several feet away from its owner.
All those around, including the armored man looked at the interruption as she caught the whirling boomerang and returned it to her back. Ayame gasped. Her eyes widened and her jaw dropped.
"Impossible..."

And yeah, that's that.

lol hey Pontus. Longtime no see. ... Yeah, I wrote Something, heh.
Anyway, congrats, lol. Twilight Princess isn't my favorite Zelda game, but it's okay. I like other Zelda titles better, including Link's Awakening.
