Well, you should have 300 posts, you should be 16, or mature enough. You should be active, and an expert in whatever Forum you want to mod. Then, someone will recommend you, and you'll get a mod vote. If you pass, you're a mod, if you fail, you stay the same, like me.

You have to have at LEAST 300 posts, not to exactly have 300 posts lol. And if you feel like SPAMing go somewhere else and do it. :D

Ah I know the requirements smashermaster, I'm an ex-moderator here. And I wasn't really spamming, I was just telling the guy how to become a moderator. He's got to make friends with the in crowd and have the posts at the same time. Wa-la.

Has the next mod vote begun yet. Scott says that i'm in it and that for once, you've got no people being put up for mod...can't remember the word that i wanted to use.


I was just wondering if i am actually in it and if it has begun, i'm sure you can't answer those question but it's worth a shot.

nope, you just have to have the requirements, be active and have a vast know how on the froum you wish to mod. Chances are that the froum you wish to mod doesnt need anymore mods

Well, if you're not buds with the mods, you won't get voted in. I know that from experience, because I've seen perfectly good members who were not active in forums such as clubs and clans that got blown away because they're not in the league of extroadinary gentlemen.

How would I go about becoming a mod? I know I meet the requirements, but who do I ask? Is there a seperate thread for this somewhere?
