Welcome to the Diablos. If you're new to GW, or C&C, a little history. The Diablos have been around since mid 2001. Over the years over 600 people have joined this great club, making us by far the largest clan on GameWinners. But more importantly, the Diablos have established themselves as the most powerful clan on the forums, with some of the most talented RPBers of the forums in our ranks. We are an elite group, but at the same time we always welcome new members. Many of this forums greatest RPBers learned how to fight from a fellow Diablo. If you want to learn to RPB, there is no better place to do it. And if you just want to have fun, this is a great place to do it as well.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The Rules
No SPAM. This includes one word posts ("yes" , "no", etc.), and off topic posts. Try to stay on topic as much as possible.
Follow all Clubs and Clans Forum rules (http://www.gameadvice.com/forums/announcement.php?s=&forumid=111) as well as all GameWinners.com Forum Rules (http://ben.horridthinking.com/gamewinners/rules/). Of course.
Respect all of the Diablos. Whether they are a soldier and you are a leader, you should still show them the respect they deserve.
If someone makes you mad, don't fight in this topic. Take it to the Dome, or to another topic. But i don't want to see any mindless bickering.
Please show some degree of intelligence and maturity. Have fun, but don't be annoying.
Putting Diablos in your sig, or bringing in new members, etc. is cool and appreciated.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~News, Important Stuff, Etc.
First and foremost, C&CW is dead. I know what you're thinking: "What is this doing in the news section?" Well we're the Diablos, and if anybody can breathe some life back into C&CW, its us. Check back here often, but we're going to try to do what we can to restore some of the old glory.
Diablos Training Topic
Diablos is well known for its power in the RPBing scene. So for anybody that wants a little help, drop by our Training Grounds (http://forums.gamewinners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=511434) and get one of the guys in there (or myself) to give you some criticism. But then again, we're only the largest clan on GW, undefeated, and boast some of the best RPers of the forums in our ranks. So who are we to offer "training"? [/sarcasm]
Diablo Tournament
Diablo Tournament (http://forums.gamewinners.com/forums/showthread.php?p=7532272) - Come watch battles between the following contestants: SSJ2 Vegeta, Knux, X, Meathos, heather4eva, Requiem, Moridin, and Northern Lights. 8 formidable RPBers, but only one can be the champion.
Diablo Hall of FameThe Diablos would not be half of what it is without these people. They were great friends to some of us, strangers to others, but all Diablos should look upon these names with respect, and honor them for their loyalty and devotion. They will remain honorary Diablos until the day of their return.
Blessed Yule and Merry Christmas
Though my mom says I'm in a funk as you can see, I have a job... but still in a bah humbug mood.. $11 to $8 will do that to you and the truck payment is based off when I was working $9.70 an hr... and the woman still doesn't understand even though she says she does
Merry Christmas everyone!
Have fun being merry, putting up decorations, getting drunk, opening gifts, returning said gifts, going to church, thanking God, stating that you don't actually believe in God but have been atheist all along but will celebrate Christmas anyway because hey it means you get gifts, your mother smacking you on the head saying lying about being atheist isn't going to get you out of going to church, visiting family, loving family, hating family, traveling for miles and miles back and forth uphill both ways, getting more gifts, chilling for a few days, playing in the snow, wishing there was more snow, thawing out your toes and fingers, and then bam here comes New Years and you're drunk again, taking decorations down somewhere around February, and waiting for Christmas to come again because this has to be the best holiday ever no lie. :)
Enjoy kids. I'll be having a great holiday. It's about to get a little more sonic!
Hehe, split. (http://forums.gamewinners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=576416)
Eye, are you disappointed in my name change?
Sadly... yes. :(
Eye, what do you think about me being jealous of your snow? Also, what's your favourite kind of oatmeal?
I think everyone should be jealous of snow. It's amazing. And I've never tasted oatmeal in my life, believe it or not.
hm, I need to ask a question. Eye, do you know of "Top Gear"?
I don't think I do. I may but I'm drawing a blank.
Eye: Would you rock an Immortal Technique T-Shirt?
As long as it keeps me warm. I where pretty much anything in t-shirt form as long as its clean.
I would google "Immortal Technique t-shirt" before committing to it, son... Not your ordinary article of clothing.
I don't post here anymore, tis a shame
Anyway. Snow is amazing, yes yes it is. But that makes the house cold. That's crappy.
Happy Holidays to you guys :) wanted to say that
maybe you should wear a coat when it's cold, then, Salka, haha
Sekhmet
December 25th, 2008, 05:18 PM
Maybe, but living where it is normally 100 degrees one does not usually own a coat of the type which you are speaking. Those types of coats aren't really sold out here either.
Well in 1998, I left Tucson it was 70 in January and went to Great Lakes, IL in boot camp to minus ten degrees and no coat. And the petty officers where wondering why everyone from Arizona everytime they came up there got really sick...
My mom is awesome. She bought my dad the LEGO Millenium Falcon as an anniversary gift. The big, detailed one with 5200 pieces. I'm helping to build it, it's so awesome. The final size is 82 cm (almost 3 ft!) and would occupy the entire coffee table in our living room. Thing be huge.
...and construction is halted due to one, the last, flat black 2x6 missing.
Knux
December 26th, 2008, 01:05 PM
Check the surrounding area of the construction site. I've lost many a piece and found them later on the floor blending in with the carpet.
If not you should have one in a box somewhere, no?
It's a black piece trying to hide on a beige carpet. It's not within the box, either.
Happy New Year!!!!!
Yayap
January 1st, 2009, 01:50 AM
With it being the new year everywhere (except for the lame side of the U.S.), how did everyone welcome the new year?
I had two s'mores, fresh from the microwave.
Oh, and the obligatory question about resolutions: What are all of your resolutions for this year?
I don't have one.
Suburban Reject
I'm makin it to Harvard... FOR FREE. That's my f*ckin resolution. Doin everything I can to get there.
Neil's resolution seems to be almost the complete opposite. Interesting.
I gave up soda last year, and lasted till mid-summer. Got back home from college to Puerto Rico, where the drinking age is very loosely 18, and rum and cokes finally did me in. I'm going to the gym this year. It's a classic, but rarely actually accomplished.
I like to slap bitches. I like to slap hoes.
That's redundant, man. We all know bitches ain't **** but hos and tricks.
Suburban Reject
January 2nd, 2009, 02:06 AM
Oh wow... I've actually been off soda since September. It's for a cause, mainly to oppse the bullying and bullsh*t of these MNCs in the Third World and elsewhere.
And lol at the classic line.
Yayap
January 2nd, 2009, 03:23 AM
I used to drink a lot of brown pop. I can't drink that anymore, after not drinking it for a few months now. I've been caffeine free for awhile. I would still drink clear pop like Sierra Mist and Sprite, but those eventually got phased out in favour of powdered iced tea mix and other water-based powder drinks. Overall I pee less and pee clearer!
Resolutions are a silly concept. What's so special about a new year that's going to get you to do something different that you couldn't do any other day? It's as silly as making a birthday resolution or an April resolution or a five o'clock resolution. Putting off changing something is just plain stupid; Get started as early as possible.
I'm going to wait 364 days to make the change to exercise regularly.
The funny thing about that Davey, is that even though it's wii that your post highlighted for advertisement, when I hovered, the ad was for PS3 lol
Underground Man
January 3rd, 2009, 11:24 PM
what ad?
Yeah I've been off soda for a long time. Except for when I drink liquor (which is pretty darn rare).
Yayap
January 4th, 2009, 12:00 AM
I'm guessing you use ad-blocking stuff, Lance. For the last two years (I don't know how long, actually, but two sounds like an outlandish number) there has been a less invasive ad campaign on GW. Words would be highlighted, and just mousing over them would constitute as a click and help generate revenue for this site.
Suburban Reject
Oh... And I'm on a PS3...
I didn't make one resolution. All the things in my head are things I NEED to do. Mostly school stuff. I guess I'm just boring or something?
Plus my New Years was spent not with friends (all my friends are back in PA and VA) but watching British mysteries with my mom.
Just call me Timur the Lame.
I have one week of free time available, and I don't know what to do. I was thinking of leveling my death knight on WoW 12 levels (to 70), or writing, drawing, making a game, making music...
Anyone want to pull from that hat for me? Or suggest something else I could do?
Ima quit WoW for now, Yaps. Between getting Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero 4 for Christmas, finishing Saint's Row 2 and having work this week until the end of my break, I haven't played in a week or 2 and I probably won't until at least the end of the month when I go back to school. :-\
Anyway, all sound like a refreshing twist... all apart from WoW character levelling, that is. Writing or drawing sounds good, and means we can enjoy your work.
