Did a major revamp of this place. I removed a bunch of names from the waiting list that are no longer at GW or haven't posted in forever. I also removed a few inactive refs. I'll be discussing with the other three refs that are still here about the need for a new ref or two.

I also changed your name Stealth and added you in Newtype.
